I stayed to celebrate my 40th birthday and quite frankly they ruined me for other hotels. I found out at the end they are a 4 diamond hotel but even with that recognition, they are out of this world when it comes to guest experience. Between pre-trip advice, recognizing me and my family, little surprises to help me celebrate and treating my 6 year old like she was a princess as well, to a seamless check in /checkout the whole experience was phenomenal. Sam, Derrick and Camila were just treasures and went above and beyond based on my experience. Even the ONE thing we might have complained about, as we were checking out Derrick ALREADY WAS CONCERNED about it before I said a word. He asked me to give feedback to his supervisor which I happily did knowing they were going to use it to train accordingly. A couple times I even jokingly asked if they bugged my room because it was like they were reading my mind or listening to our conversations with some of the little surprises! the view from our suite was out of this world as was the shower! Our family loved the automatic black out shades and all the little personal touches. Sam is outstanding and made sure my trip was memorable. Derrick made our day knowing we didn’t have to cart our own luggage, worry about our car or figure out the ins and outs of our room! He gave us a tour of the suite, pointed out features and explained how to use things and showed us the mini Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about them all.
