Inside, you’ll find a bright layout with 2-story ceilings, unique plywood finishes, and warm ambient lighting that gives the space a fun and modern feel. The home includes a comfortable king bed, a few board games, and a stocked kitchen.

The bathroom features a rain shower head, and ambient ligthing perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Step outside into the landscaped courtyard, where you can enjoy the hot tub, grill, dining area, and relaxing outdoor seating.

The courtyard is a shared space with the host, though we aim to give guests privacy and space to enjoy it.

This is a well-loved and regularly maintained home, and while not a luxury or “perfect” space, it offers a unique layout and experience that guests consistently enjoy.

Guests have full access to the entire private unit, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living/sleeping areas. The unit has its own private entrance, so there’s no need to access the main home during your stay.

You’ll also have access to the shared outdoor courtyard, featuring a hot tub, seating areas, a grill, and an outdoor dining space.

Our hot tub is set up seasonally so you can enjoy the courtyard comfortably throughout the year.

During colder weather—typically late fall, winter, and early spring—the hot tub is heated for a warm, relaxing soak.

During warmer weather—typically late spring, summer, and early fall—the tub is kept at its natural, unheated temperature. The exact temperature varies with the weather, but the experience is generally cool and refreshing—more like a mini plunge pool than a traditional hot tub.

This seasonal setup lets you warm up when it’s cold and cool down when it’s hot, making the outdoor space enjoyable year-round.

The loft also includes a dedicated remote-work setup, featuring:

* Bright natural light and an open, airy workspace feel. *Due to a previous incident, the fire pit is no longer available for use. We kindly ask guests not to attempt to light the fire pit.
