“Good”

“Stayed for three weeks at this wonderful hotel which we highly recommend. Good location by the sea with a very well-kept pool area and park area. High environmental awareness. Good breakfast with great variety and excellent service. Good bar and à la carte menu. The SPA department is professional and has a good range of treatments. All staff were always happy and treated us well. They were very keen that we would enjoy ourselves at the hotel. Responsive if we had any concerns/wishes. A...

“The staff were very fast at making sure the room was made up and cleaned, they were very helpful with restocking of consumables.”

“A mid-range hotel, not 5 star in our opinion 3 week stay. Gym – closed Spa – closed Skybar - closed Pool – poor condition No information about this when booking was made several months before stay. The staff did not see/notice the guests, improved their treatment during the stay. Poor refilling of shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, etc., many disposable packages.

“Very close to the train station and good budget accomodation.”

“Unfortunately this hit by the typhoon the night got there but we did not get notified of the hotel had no guest staying except us and also we had no internet, no air con, no way of communication as nobody spoke any English. They could have us the option to move us to another hotel and they too busy trying to their hotel back to some working order than to look after us.”

“I was there in the off season . Not very tourist friendly ”

“Everything that you would expect from a new hotel as far as cleanliness main halways and elevators where not air-conditioned staff was very friendly and could speak fairly good English”

Dessverre veldig harde senger.”
