âThe breakfast options were amazing!! Starbucks in the parking lot was chef kiss! Everyone was so nice! Definitely will be staying there anytime I go to Philadelphia. Also walking distance to the train is very nice â
âThis was the best BNB experience Iâve ever had- and Mark is the greatest. The property cannot be undersold, a gorgeously restored victorian with bespoke detailsâ so clearly a labor of love. Breakfast was divine, baked goods and cappuccinos by the owner were such a delight. I would be back tomorrow if I had a good excuse.â

- The booking I made on hotels.com showed another room (quarter two) than what I got (quarter one). Rooms are relatively similar
- there was hair by the shower drain when I arrived. Otherwise...
âPerfect high value hotel, no frills but clean and safe. Secure parking and access to shopping and highways. Good value for a conscious business traveler.â
