âI absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were absolutely fantastic, the food from the restaurant was incredible, and the area around the hotel was beautiful and exciting to explore. Unfortunately, I didn't have an opportunity to use the public bath facility, so I can't say anything about that.
Just to note, only a few of the staff speak English so basic Japanese skills would be recommended. The station is a 20 minute walk from the hotel, so keep that in mind...

âWe were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do.

"The best service I have received during my stay in Kumamoto. The room is very spacious and clean with public bath with amazing view of the city. The cleaning service visit every day to make sure the room is tidy and equipped with sufficient towels.
