Opened our door to room 112 and watched dozens of roaches scatter. Moved rooms the appeared to be roach free but found the place to be very filthy. I suggest anyone else to spend a little more and go someplace else.

There was no kind of breakfast, the room did not have enough furniture had one chair on it. And that chair needed to be in the trash. The critters took over my room, it had one in the bed. They came in under the door, they made noises all night. I felt like I should al least get some of my money back. But the lady that came by to ask did we need anything she was great, and the lady at the front, she was great as well. I will never go back there. Thank you

Holes in bed sheets which were dirty, 2 sets of towels for 4 people, shower was dirty, called to ask for more towels and was told they can only give 2 per room. And the room has an odd smell

Asked for no smoking room which supposedly given to us but it was or had been smoking. Moved to second room . Refrigerator not working and covered with mold. No cups, glasses or Kleenex. Moved to third room white towels very thin and grey color. No Kleenex. No breakfast. Coffee in lobby not available because there was no manager to unlock equipment. Wyndham should check out this location. Not a good representation of their chain. Pictures on request

The pool was not clean or open liked stated on website, had no towels or rags in our room, tub was dirty so we ended up cleaning it ourselves and they had no breakfast and couldn't tell us why. Blankets felt more like thin sheets. Couldn't sleep well because the other guest were standing outside our door from 11pm to about 2am talking and being loud. Would not stay here again. Not worth the $100 we paid for one night.

Dirty, noisy, structure in bad shape. Poor lighting outside. No room service from Thursday to Tuesday. We had to go to the office for towels. Poor help in office also.

we were supposed to have 2 adjoining rooms on the ground level. When we went to check in; they wanted to put one of us (Blind man ) on the second floor and us on ground level. Got that straight after about 30 min. We were there 2 nights and 3 days. After the first night, they remade the beds in both rooms, but didn't replace the towels. We had to go get our own. Second night,,, the room was found just like we left it. Remade the bed; went and got our own towels again. Will NOT make that mistake again!!

Absolutely horrific! 84 dollars of waste! This place should be condemned! She gave us a room that was still not ready. The housekeeper came in as she is on her cell with someone and says I’m not done but I can work around you. Ok.. thanks. She walks to the bathroom and says oh the other person never used it you still want me to clean it? Yes definitely ma’am that is not sanitary. Barley wipes anything says she’s going get towels and never comes back. We asked to switch rooms and was told if we switched we would be in a room with no heat because they all broke. It’s extremely cold I definitely can’t put my kids in a room with no heat and I can’t get a refund. Lamps don’t have bulbs, floors are filthy, dust everywhere. People next to us was smoking weed and cigarettes all night and the smell was so strong it was unbearable. Loud music all night in the rooms under us. Went to check out the next morning and the front desk worker had her head down sleeping!! My kids and I slept zero! We were terrified from the drugs, loud music and profanity not to mention a dirty room we scared to use. I’m extremely upset and disappointed!

No one was at the desk for 10 minutes once I arrived to check in I finally got in my room to find the filth in the bathroom all throughout the floors the bedding was dirty and had burnt cigarette holes in the sheets I called several times about the noise above me and no one answered at the front desk when I went to eat breakfast that morning she said there is no breakfast I said what about coffee she says I don't make coffee till 6:30 and it's 5:00 in the morning I said can you make some she said yeah at 6:30 I will never be back at any of Wyndham's properties again

Worst hotel ive ever been in
It was a horrible stay i couldnt take a shower or bath tje water was filthy the blankets and sheets were disgusting. I literrally had to go to melville to take a shower at my family house.

Made reservations through Travelocity. When I arrived there they said no rooms were available. I evacuated for Hurricane Ida so they tried to work with me. They had one room they could let me stay in but it had issues with the door. The card lock didn’t work so when I left the room I had to go to the front desk so they could come open the door with a key.

I didn't like nothing about the hotel. The towels were dingy. Looked like they had been used. The room smelled like sewage. The parking space was horrific.

Need New Management
We came here for a 3 night stay with grandkids. There were not enough towels for 4 people. There was no iron or ironing board. They moved us once because there wasn’t enough towels🤔, again because the a/c was loud in the second room. Couldn’t turn tv volume up or down. Had to get out of bed to do so. I will NEVER go back to that place. I’m running out of affordable options in Opelousas. Days Inn is no better because they have thin walls.

Didn’t like anything about this property. Was in awful disrepair. Smelled of cigar smoke in nonsmoking room. Chair handle broke when husband went to sit down, no key to get in, lamp broke, toilet set broke, TV broke, light switch didn’t work. This was in handicap, non smoking room, dirty too. We did not stay the night.

I got there earlier around 1 o’clock she told me to checking around three I left and come back at four they were still cleaning the rooms so I picked up my keys and come back around 10 o’clock that night when I got there one of the bedroom door was open so I went and told the woman at the desk and she went up there and look and I told her I would like another room I don’t want that room so she put me in another room and I went to the room and one of the best one messed up so I went back down to tell her like somebody had been in that room and then she put me in another room got in that room TV didn’t work and she told me she was sorry she don’t have no more rooms so I slept in a room without a TV
