The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. ”

“Hotel is very cosy, welcoming and clean. Position is perfect because it is very close to Rustaveli street and metro station, but in a silent street, so you can avoid the noise of the main street. Very good breakfast with a lot of things, both sweet and savory. Just be informed it is at the third floor without elevator.”

“The hotel is in a great location, clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. Check-in was smooth, but we had an issue with the room we had booked—not available on the first night. Thankfully, Vano at the reception was very helpful and made sure we got our proper room the next day. Despite the initial inconvenience, the staff were generally friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Vano’s support, our stay ended on a positive note. Would recommend. ”

“Very nice hotell close to the center. Location could have been better but absolutely good for me. Staff was friendly although they have a long way to go to be truly serviceminded. Becauce of the pandemic the breakfast was not so good. personel didnt know what to do and some even gave orders to the paying customers. Pandemic or not the one who pays the bill has to have the final word. Anyway the stay was pleasant and looking forward to come one day back.”

Adequate for a 3-Star Stay, But Don’t Expect More

"The finishes and build quality of the hotel felt flimsy, and the reception staff were uncommunicative at best. However, as long as you expect a 3-star experience at most, it’s a fine place to stay."
