Strictly NO Pets: You will be asked to remove your animal immediately if brought onto the property.
Onsite Hosts: We live onsite and are available if you need anything, but we respect your privacy.
Guest Limits & Parties: Absolutely no parties. No unlisted extra guests are permitted; anyone not added to the official booking will be asked to leave.
Water Conservation: The property runs entirely on tank water. We deeply appreciate your efforts to conserve water during your stay.
Waste & Recycling: We recycle on-site. However, because we do not have a public rubbish pickup service, we highly appreciate guests who take their general rubbish with them.
Departure Cleanliness: Please tidy the house and do all dishes before you leave.
Property Care: Please ensure you do not remove any items from the cottage upon departure.
