The Space:

Get ready to be delighted by our bright apartment which offer outside views from all its rooms. From the welcoming entrance hall, you have direct access throughout the whole flat. On the left side you will find our bright living room, which has a really comfortable sofa bed that can easily be turned into a double bed . It has as well , an open balcony which you can overlook over our city and shopping area nearby. Next to it , there is a fully equipped kitchen , with a lovely design that will make a joy to prepare your desired dishes. On the right side , you will find our bedroom with a queen size double bed (160 cm wide) with cable flat tv . Full size bathroom with bathtub will make sure you will enjoy a true relaxation while staying at our property.

Air conditioning will guarantee maximum conform through the whole year. As well, there is large parking in front of our building.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm !



The Neighborhood:

Our delightful apartment is perfectly located in one of the largest residential development areas of our City. Just a few meters away, you can find nearby everything that you could wish for, starting your day with delicious cafes , amazing restaurants, places to enjoy shopping as well an extremely generous super market.



Getting Around:

Public transport like tram can be easily reached , around 300 meters away while the location of the property offers easy access throughout the whole city.



Other Things to Note:

- The flat capacity is for 4 people, no additional guests allowed.



- We can provide check in between 08 AM and 12 PM daily. If you would arrive outside these hours, we do our best to arrange it as desired, but please note that additional cost may arise.



- Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons



- Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , oven ) when you leave the apartment!
