VÄr lÄgbyggnad sparar dig besvÀret som ofta kommer med större egenskaper. Ingen lÄng hiss vÀnta, över trÄnga strÀnder eller kÀmpa för en förstklassig solstol vid poolen hÀr!

Den första vÄningen har ett stort vardagsrum och matplats som inkluderar en vÄt bar, en hopfÀllbar bÀddsoffa och vÀlvda tak. Köket har gott om utrymme, en frukostbar och en stapelbar tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare. Matlagning för dina gÀster Àr inga problem hÀr! PÄ bottenvÄningen finns ocksÄ det fantastiska sovrummet. En bekvÀm king size-sÀng, eget badrum med dubbelt handfat och balkong ingÄr alla! Det finns ocksÄ ytterligare ett halvt badrum pÄ första vÄningen. Sist, men sÀkert inte minst, Àr balkongen med en sidovy över viken! Njut av en cocktail eller en god bok och ta sikten. Only one of the three elevators was working. Frustration getting to and from our room was frustrating and time consuming! The stairway light in our room was nonworking. The rooms themselves were great! The air worked marginally, and it was hard to sleep. We will rent from here again, though. If everything is working!

Overall the condo was decent. It was a pretty close walk to the beach. We enjoyed hanging out on the beach and it was convenient to most places we wanted to go. Inside the condominium we had plenty of room to spread out and 7 of us had comfy places to sleep. Be sure to bring trash bags and toilet paper if you are staying more than a couple of days. The carpet was gross, some of the furniture is dingy, and overall the air inside the condo seemed damp. We also couldn’t figure out how to work the TVs.

Family Vacation

Overall it was perfect! It accommodated all 9 of us. It was a quick walk down to the beach! The condo was clean, and had all the linen we needed. The AC had a hard time keeping up with the heat but overall was great experience. Cannot wait to go back!

Very responsive owner.

The owner of this condo was very responsive and helpful. The condo was very clean and close to all the fun things to do and places to eat. The beach is just steps away. The air conditioning for this condo is also excellent. If we come back this way again we will gladly rent it again. Thanks for a trouble free stay.

Great Family Getaway!

Our family of six stayed at this beachfront condo for five days and had a great time! The first day was a wash out w stormy weather however we had beautiful weather for the remainder of our stay. Every day we went down to the beach in the morning, popped back up to shower for some lunch out, and then went back to the beach, then pool. We did this every day and it was perfect being so close to both the beach and the pool (there are four to chose from so we never felt crowded at the pool). The condo is right on the main business strip so we found it easy to find great places for food and dessert when we ventured out. The condo has all the amenities you’d need. It isn’t fancy and is a bit out dated however it has everything you need for a family vacation experience. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony feeling he ocean breezes too. The elevator was super convenient and there are rolling carts for guests to borrow to tow groceries/bags up if needed, too. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this condo!

Excellent location/ great beach . Property pools and parking well maintained . Condo was spacious for 6 women and all amenities as promised. Lartigue Seafood across the street is the BEST shrimp and seafood I have ever had. Carry out and cooked to order.

Great Stay

Only problem was there's a whole in the ceiling of the kitchen and in one of the bedroom’s walls. I called the property management. There had been a link. I told them I didn’t mind if they sent someone to fix the holes. I was told someone would be out the next day to fix it. No one ever came. Other than that, great place to stay. Condo is nice, comfortable, like being at home
. Better cause the beach is outside. Lol

Few problems

We stayed at sugar beach 331. They had problems with plumbing leaking from bathroom through the ceiling dripping on refrigerator. They had several holes cut in the walls. One hole was directly over the stove and dripped on the stove while cooking. The dryer was very slow and had to be turned on 4 times to dry a load. Nice acces to the beach .

Location was perfect

The place was perfect for beach and pool access. Our house was very nice. There were some cosmetic flaws that could use some touch ups to make it more appealing and the patio furniture needs replaced on the deck. Overall it was on point.

DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE IS VERY OLD AND THE SERVICES ARE BAD

My experience was not pleasant, I had to pay for parking, and I never found a place nearby, we had to walk a lot to get to the elevator, an elevator that 80% of the time we were there did not work! my mother and father have knee problems due to rheumatism and they had to climb 6 stairs to the 3rd floor! 2 or three times a day, also the building is very old and neglected, the maintenance of the place was very bad, when I got to the condominium part of the kitchen ceiling was silent because there was a water leak from the toilet on the second floor and dripping My food that was in the bar, the refrigerator stopped serving ruining the food in the refrigerator where they will only reimburse me 50 dollars when I buy food for a whole week for 8 people ???? .... the balcony door does not It could be opened, the door of a closet did not close the wall had paint stains and dirt, the head of a twin bed fell silent on my daughter's head the first night we arrived because they are only superimposed, they are not glued to the beds, the stove was electric and the oyas leaned sideways when I cooked with hot oil it was super dangerous to cook there the air conditioning in the kitchen was liquidating on the floor the light sockets were almost shutting down and when we unplugged If we had to hold them so as not to pull them from the wall, the dishwasher did not turn on immediately, it took about an hour to wash the dishes, when I tried to pull the towel to dry it came with everything and the stick from the wall. And to top it off, the sofa that becomes a bed no longer has a sponge, my son practically lay down on the armchair tubes, plus the wifi never worked, we had to use our data ... most of the part of my stay I had to be calling the Office every time something happened with the services of the place and having to let in maintenance people to fix the problems of the place so I am not going to recommend this place at all and I would never rent any condominium of that place again I paid almost 2000 dollars to spend my vacations doing guts.

Loved It

This is a very clean and comfy condo that accommodated 7 people with ease. The actual condo had everything you could need in it and the beds were comfortable as well. The property owners were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. The only issue we had was with the elevators. They could use some updating and were not working at least once per day. These are in a great area with good access to all the fun and a nice beach. We have already discussed another stay.
