    Vi vill gärna att din familj och dina vänner kan njuta av allt som Sugar Beach 331 har att erbjuda. Till att börja med har vi 3 pooler vid stranden (inklusive en barnpool), vacker utsikt över bukten, ett snack- och drycksbutik vid poolen (öppet säsongsöppen), 1 200 kvadratmeter bostadsyta på 2 våningar och en vackert renoverad enhet som är mycket bekvämt rymmer 8 gäster. Vår lågbyggnad sparar dig besväret som ofta kommer med större egenskaper. Ingen lång hiss vänta, över trånga stränder eller kämpa för en förstklassig solstol vid poolen här!

    Den första våningen har ett stort vardagsrum och matplats som inkluderar en våt bar, en hopfällbar bäddsoffa och välvda tak. Köket har gott om utrymme, en frukostbar och en stapelbar tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Matlagning för dina gäster är inga problem här! På bottenvåningen finns också det fantastiska sovrummet. En bekväm king size-säng, eget badrum med dubbelt handfat och balkong ingår alla! Det finns också ytterligare ett halvt badrum på första våningen. Sist, men säkert inte minst, är balkongen med en sidovy över viken! Njut av en cocktail eller en god bok och ta sikten. Balkongen är tillgänglig från både vardagsrummet och sovrummet och inkluderar tillgång till en garderob full av strandleksaker, flottörer, boogiebrädor och andra pool- / strandtillbehör.

    När du går upp till andra våningen hittar du ytterligare två sovrum och en jack and jill badkar. Det första sovrummet har två enkelsängar och det andra inkluderar en dubbelsäng. Båda rummen har också platt-TV och tvåbäddsrummet har ett sortiment av leksaker och en bärbar spjälsäng i garderoben. Enheten är också utrustad med en Xbox 360 och några få familjevänliga spel.

    Delade bekvämligheter inkluderar 4 pooler, 2 hissar, grillplats, tennisbanor, snacks vid poolen och drycksbaren (öppet säsongsöppen), privat täckt parkering för 2 fordon (en engångsavgift tillkommer), gratis WiFi och en strandpromenad till en av de bredaste sträckorna av sandvit strand vid Mexikanska golfen!

The location could not be better! Rooms were very nice size. Party of 6 had plenty of personal space. Sand toys were so nice to have, very family friendly.

It was in a nice location, and I understand not putting nice things in a rental and the furniture was fine, except the beds! the beds upstairs were extremely firm and the downstairs bed did have a topper on it which helped but it felt like a box spring was broke or something and it was repaired but was uneven, the only other issue was the carpets. They were horrible, stained and dirty. we laid down beach towels to sit and to play cards at the coffee table. other than those 2 things it was a decent place to stay.

Reoccurring plumbing problems from toilets to dishwasher to garbage disposal made for a bit of a rough trip. There was toilet paper in one toilet when we arrived letting us know there might be a problem. The host was very responsive but the toilet issues were never totally fixed and the kitchen issues were a lot!These are older condos but this was obviously not a new issue. Owners need to address to expect return customers.

Wonderful location and atmosphere. The condo was a great size for an eight day stay with a family of five. We’ll definitely be back!

The property grounds need some updating. There was only one elevator available to use and the other one was broken the entire 5 days. We were on the third floor. The tennis court was under closed for repair. Upstairs beads were uncomfortable. Railing outside was wiggly. Also, the dishwasher made a loud noise while running. The beach access was great and the pools were pretty nice as well. I also would say, if you fly in from out of state, be prepared to make a large grocery run for everything from coffee filters to all condiments. The other places we have stayed have a little more to get you started than this property. We enjoyed our stay, but our group will probably stay at a different property next time.

Family Vacation

Overall it was perfect! It accommodated all 9 of us. It was a quick walk down to the beach! The condo was clean, and had all the linen we needed. The AC had a hard time keeping up with the heat but overall was great experience. Cannot wait to go back!

Excellent location/ great beach . Property pools and parking well maintained . Condo was spacious for 6 women and all amenities as promised. Lartigue Seafood across the street is the BEST shrimp and seafood I have ever had. Carry out and cooked to order.

Very responsive owner.

The owner of this condo was very responsive and helpful. The condo was very clean and close to all the fun things to do and places to eat. The beach is just steps away. The air conditioning for this condo is also excellent. If we come back this way again we will gladly rent it again. Thanks for a trouble free stay.

Family Vacay

Overall the condo was decent. It was a pretty close walk to the beach. We enjoyed hanging out on the beach and it was convenient to most places we wanted to go. Inside the condominium we had plenty of room to spread out and 7 of us had comfy places to sleep. Be sure to bring trash bags and toilet paper if you are staying more than a couple of days. The carpet was gross, some of the furniture is dingy, and overall the air inside the condo seemed damp. We also couldn’t figure out how to work the TVs.

Only one of the three elevators was working. Frustration getting to and from our room was frustrating and time consuming! The stairway light in our room was nonworking. The rooms themselves were great! The air worked marginally, and it was hard to sleep. We will rent from here again, though. If everything is working!

Great Stay

Only problem was there's a whole in the ceiling of the kitchen and in one of the bedroom’s walls. I called the property management. There had been a link. I told them I didn’t mind if they sent someone to fix the holes. I was told someone would be out the next day to fix it. No one ever came. Other than that, great place to stay. Condo is nice, comfortable, like being at home…. Better cause the beach is outside. Lol

Great Family Getaway!

Our family of six stayed at this beachfront condo for five days and had a great time! The first day was a wash out w stormy weather however we had beautiful weather for the remainder of our stay. Every day we went down to the beach in the morning, popped back up to shower for some lunch out, and then went back to the beach, then pool. We did this every day and it was perfect being so close to both the beach and the pool (there are four to chose from so we never felt crowded at the pool). The condo is right on the main business strip so we found it easy to find great places for food and dessert when we ventured out. The condo has all the amenities you’d need. It isn’t fancy and is a bit out dated however it has everything you need for a family vacation experience. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony feeling he ocean breezes too. The elevator was super convenient and there are rolling carts for guests to borrow to tow groceries/bags up if needed, too. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this condo!

They aren’t kidding when they said the place hasn’t been updated. College dorms, that’s exactly the vibe you get walking down the halls at Sugar Beach, noise and all. The day of our arrival it had been raining, understandable there would be some water puddles around right, not at Sugar Beach water up past your ankles while you wait for the only working elevator as you unload your belongings to try and enjoy your stay. The addition cost for parking is absurd. The “guards” they have manning the parking area are as beneficial as Walmart greeters. We booked a 5 day stay, NO TV the entire stay. Although ALVBR did try and make an attempt and sent a cable repair rep., the issue was a known line issue within the building that was not going to be addressed until well after our check out date a waste of 2 hours of our day.Did message Dylan with the issues, was responsive and did follow up on communication with Sugar Beach. Condo it’s self accommodated our sleeping needs, otherwise need to be able to enjoy other things outside the condo, pray for good weather!

Nice place and close to the beach

It could be cleaner. It's a cute place, but none of our tvs worked. Maintenance came by but said they would send the cable company, but no one ever came. The light in the stairwell didn't work. Maintenance came by 3 times. One time he came by with no notification and tapped on the door and just came on in before anyone could get to it to open it. The parking passes were supposed to be 30 but they were 70. That wouldn't be so bad, but at night, there weren't enough parking spaces. We circled several times and finally had to park in no parking zones on about 3 different occasions. Our dryer made shrill noises. We had to use it when we were leaving because of the noise. The upstairs shower has a slow drain and low pressure. I got stuck outside on the veranda because the sliding door kept getting stuck. Maintenance sprayed the track. It was the only thing he managed to fix. Aside from all that, it was a nice place to stay.

Few problems

We stayed at sugar beach 331. They had problems with plumbing leaking from bathroom through the ceiling dripping on refrigerator. They had several holes cut in the walls. One hole was directly over the stove and dripped on the stove while cooking. The dryer was very slow and had to be turned on 4 times to dry a load. Nice acces to the beach .

Location was perfect

The place was perfect for beach and pool access. Our house was very nice. There were some cosmetic flaws that could use some touch ups to make it more appealing and the patio furniture needs replaced on the deck. Overall it was on point.
