Byggnadsbilder togs 30 december 2018 och inomhuspoolen och badtunnorna är färdiga. The condo kommer att vara fullt möblerad i mars och de möblerade bilderna är bara en representation av vad lägenheten kommer att se ut som möblerad, möblerna kommer att vara lite annorlunda.

Vår lägenhet ligger perfekt på 4: e våningen direkt med utsikt över Lazy River på Phoenix Orange Beach med fantastisk panoramautsikt över viken! Undvik hissar och parkera på samma våning som lägenheten !! Vi har också ett nyckellöst dörrlås, så du behöver inte hålla nöden med några nycklar under din vistelse! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Med över 1.750 kvadratmeter är enheten väldigt rymlig, nybyggd och ny på hyresmarknaden !!



Bekvämligheterna är rikliga på denna condo i Phoenix Orange Beach: enheten är utrustad med full storlek apparater, våt bar med ismaskin, 65 "plattskärms-HDTV i vardagsrummet och en plattskärm 55" HDTV i master och en 50 "Smart TV i 2: a och 3: e sovrum, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en king size-säng i mästaren och två queen size-sängar i 2: a och 3: e sovrum för att sova upp till 10.



Det finns en fantastisk nollutgång utomhuspool med en vattenrutschbana som förbinder till en lat flod, uppvärmd pool i döden, två stora jacuzzi, toppmoderna fitnesscenter med utsikt över viken, grillgrillar och en tennisbana på 10: e våningen.



Det finns en 25-årig lägsta åldersgräns för att reservera enheten som kommer att verkställas utan återbetalning för överträdelse.



Din semester kommer att vara komplett på Phoenix Orange Beach med alla bekvämligheter, stranden och lyxiga boende. Kom och njut av allt som denna nya Phoenix har att erbjuda, vänligen maila för att boka en semester att komma ihåg. Vi har också andra 3br enheter på denna 4: e våningen om du har en stor grupp och behöver mer utrymme!



Parkering: Du måste köpa dina parkeringspass vid ankomst, de är en engångsavgift på $ 35 per fordon. Varje 3br-enhet som du hyr på Phoenix Orange Beach garanterar att du kan köpa upp till två parkeringspass, receptionen kommer att sälja dig ytterligare pass baserat på beläggningen på komplexet under din vistelse, men förvänta dig inte ett extra pass under sommarsäsongen.

Nice place, great communication

Our host was wonderful to work with. We had to modify our stay a couple times because we went to the Sand in My Boots festival but that was a mess! We bought 3rd party tix and we will never do that again! Anyways, the host was very understanding and worked with us. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely book with them again.

Awesome spot

Condo was clean and met all our needs. The location was perfect. Out to door to the elevators and reception guy out to the beach. Loved being able to park so close to the condo also. Made unloading super easy! Will stay again!

Everything was very nice. Totally enjoyed our stay. Could add more hooks in bathroom for beach towels and swim suits. (Personal preference). Clean and great view of the beach. We will be back!

The condo was beautiful and more stocked than any condo we have ever stayed at. Not only was the kitchen fully equipped with everything we could need, but the owners thought of everything. We especially loved having the outlets in our rooms to charge our phones. The condo was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family Time with Perks

Nice Place!

The place was spacious and as listed with a wonderful view, in essence...a nice place! Check-in and check-out was simple and we had no need to contact the owner. Access via the parking garage was easy, especially with our elderly parents, the elevators were near and getting to the lazy river was a breeze. We really enjoyed the condo and would most definitely use it again!

Summer get together for my wife's birthday.

Beach was great. Our two Granddaughters loved the pool area. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The 3 full bathrooms were great for getting ready to go places and getting cleaned up after a day at the beach and pool. Location was great for restaurants. Walmart and Publix for all our food needs. The enclosed parking garage was great for keeping the car from being overly hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our week in this condo at the beach. The listing is 100% accurate. The description and pictures depict the condo just as it is. Communication with the property manager and the check-in was simple and straightforward. Both of the coffee pots in the unit were not working in correctly and the property manager delivered a new one quickly. The location to stores and restaurants in Orange Beach is fabulous. Parking on the floor of the unit was a real plus! We would definitely rent this condo again.

The condo is beautiful, but there were some issues. There was a problem with the tv in the main bedroom. We called for service, and the representative was not able to resolve the issue. The lighting was poor in all 3 bedrooms. The sheets in the main bedroom were extremely dingyclean

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were pleased with the experience. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. We found a dirty diaper under the bed. The people at the front desk weren't very helpful. They kept refering us to the rental company. The water slide was out of service quite a bit during our stay, but repairs are necessary.

Not easy to get to the water

Only issue was access to the water because of the way the beach chairs and umbrellas were out in the morning by the beach service provider. They were put out without leaving a path between them. I realize they wanted to maximize revenue, but those not renting from them or those that were if not in the first row had to squeeze through small gaps.

Vacation with Grandson

The condo was plenty big enough for the 5 of us the lazy river and pool area with a slide was a hit for my grandson. Property was close to everything we wanted to do. The only negative, if I would call it a negative would be having to reach out to the property management people to receive the check in packet. I have used VRBO many many times and we have always gotten the check in packet at least a week out. We did not receive ours until Thursday morning before our stay on Saturday. Was getting a little nervous. But all was good in the end

Bed sheets on inside out. Couch filthy. Bath room rugs dirty. Dryer didn’t work well. Half toaster did not work. Pool area mot cleaned organized entire week. Under coffee table food under it. Charlie never responded w our concerns.

Highly recommend

Great condo! We had 3 children ( 2 of them were 1 year olds) with our family and the condo is very kid friendly. Very Clean and beautiful. Loved being able to park on the 4th floor and walk directly to the condo. My son (4 years old) loved the pool and the water slide. The indoor pool was nice to have in case of a rain day. The whole complex was really nice and clean. Beaches were great. The only issue was the chairs you rent are just basic beach chairs. They didn’t have the lounger beach chairs. Also tried to confirm a few details prior to our stay and never got a message back. Never had any issues during our stay so didn’t try to contact anyone other than before the trip. We weren’t supplied hand soap in bathrooms or bar soap so make sure you bring or purchase that before you stay. Other than those few small details, we loved this condo and plan to stay here again next year.

Wish the condo was cleaned properly b/c it’s a great unit

The condo was so pretty & had lots of space. The beds were comfortable & there was adequate seating in the living room. The unit came with 5 beds & 3 bathrooms which gave plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked. The property is conveniently located close several grocery stores & restaurants & the beach had lots of space for umbrellas/chairs. It would have been perfect except the condo was not cleaned properly. The kitchen counters (bar) had sand on them & we found gummy candies on the floor. This made me question if the floor had been cleaned so we bought cleaning wipes to use and it proved the floors were so dirty. Also, the bedsheets on the king bed had a big spot on them. I stripped the beds & washed them and the spot came clean - so I do not think the king sheets were changed. The Keurig didn’t work (it needed “needle maintenance”), but the coffee maker worked so we bought filters & coffee instead of using the pods purchased. The dryer also takes forever to dry. I called to report my concerns to the property manager who offered to send someone to clean, but I had already washed sheets & cleaned the counters/floor. We also did not want to be inconvenienced by having strangers in our unit while we were away. We would have also had to disassemble pack and plays, etc for someone to clean. I feel confident the owner will address these issues because it’s a lovely unit and it appeared to have been well cared for!
