Du måste vara 25 år för att hyra denna lägenhet. Denna beskrivning börjar med ordet Penthouse !! Och denna lägenhet är verkligen Penthouse värd! Lyxig, rymlig och bekväm! Utsikten över Mexikanska golfen från denna 14: e våningen 3 sovrum 3 badrum enhet är otrolig! Detta takvåning har en kung i sovrummet med privat balkong och ett privat badrum med jacuzzi och en separat duschkabin. Det andra sovrummet har en drottningssäng och det tredje sovrummet har en drottningssäng.

Denna enhet rymmer totalt 6 gäster.

Köket är utrustat med rostfria vitvaror, granitbänkar och en våt bar med ismaskin. Skåpen är också mycket välfyllda med något av dina köksredskap! Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek och gratis trådlöst internet.

Balkongen har en stor möbler att luta sig tillbaka och titta på den vackra Mexikanska golfen! Det finns också en helt ny elektrisk grill för att försäkra att du kan göra de bästa måltiderna för din vistelse!

Caribe Resort ligger precis öster om Perdido-passet i Orange Beach.

Best vacation ever!

Truly a great weekend with the family! First time bringing my family to Orange beach and they enjoyed every minute of it! Communication upon arrival, during the trip, and during packing up was so wonderful, quick, and easy! Truly the entire experience was phenomenal!

Memorial Day week trip to Caribe Resort

Great stay as always! Love the Caribe and will not go to any other place!!!

Everything is amazing, you have so many options for things you would like to do ex. Fishing, pools, putt putt, basketball, tennis, horseshoes, hot tubs, the lazy river and of course there are many more. The most amazing restaurant is right next door and is part of the Caribe, its called Cobalt. The only thing i had an issue with was our door lock didn't work properly, but i think it may just have been the battery dying, other than that it was an amazing view and just an overall wonderful stay.

Beach/Resort Vacay

This was the first time in 35 years we haven’t stayed beachside, and we LOVED it! The Caribe has so much to offer for adults/teens/kids alike. We absolutely loved our unit, the floor plan was great and our balcony was huge (this is pretty much a requirement when traveling with 5 teens and a disabled child in a wheelchair. There were NO extra blankets or linens, so if you’re like us and like to snuggle up all sunburned on the sofa to read or watch tv, pack your own! There were also no Tupperware/rubbermaid containers or plastic cups/plates. So, be prepared to pack some! Otherwise…the wet bar and kitchen. We’re perfectly stocked. Beach access was not hard to get to, but be prepared to hike a bit to your destination. (even after the tram drops you off) There were so many poolss, lazy River and slides to keep all ages busy. We also loved that the teens could play putt putt, basketball, pickle ball, tennis all on the grounds….gave them a sense of independence but they never had to leave the premises. We also LOVED getting to walk the marina and see all the boats coming and going everyday! It’s truly a gem that we will revisit!

Love the caribe but this unit needs a refresh!

We have stayed at the Caribe 5 times over the years and this time we loved the price on this penthouse that showed up online, so we booked it Through the sunset property management to get the top floor experience at such a steal of a price. We have always used the Caribe reservation desk for our stays. The check in was much easier with Sunset and we appreciated that. UnitC PH14 needs a total refresh top to bottom. Broken lamps, beds are lumpy and living room furniture is pretty worn out. Patio furniture leaves a lot to be desired with worn cushions that don’t even fit the seats. The towels are not much and reminded us of what would be provided in a lower end motel. They also had very few of them in each bathroom which was a huge irritation. We expect to do laundry but not that quickly. The kitchen needs a total restock. The nonstick pan flaked off in our breakfast. That’s a no go! We threw our food out and went out. The utensils and such were very sparse and at the end of their life. The plumbing needs serious attention. The toilets took a lot to flush and sinks were very slow to drain in the master bathroom. For a penthouse it was the least nicest condo we have ever rented at the Caribe. I do own rental property and have it managed and I would be mortified to have it managed this way. It’s way too nice of a place and a prime location at the Caribe to be so lack luster. We enjoyed our views and the amenities of the resort but we won’t book this unit again.

Family Fun

This resort has it all beautiful views and lots of amenities! Wonderful pools and ability to fish right out back of the resort at the marina! Beach is just a few minutes walk away or rides from resort on the trolley!

Paradise in LA(Lower Alabama)

The Penthouse Condo was outstanding. The unit was clean, spacious and had a breathtaking view of the gulf. The bayside was where all the action was during the day. We watched the parade of boats journey up and down the canal. We joined in the fun and rented jet skis which was a lot of fun. We will be back soon. My family and I hated to leave.

A lot of money for a lot of inconvenience

The condo was nice however we had to have an a/c company come out 3 times because the a/c quit working. The master bathroom toilet constantly runs. The water in the pipes is very loud. The pools were great. If you plan to take a cooler or a wagon you have to go up and down steps so it is difficult. The lazy River is kind of a joke. It’s only 1.5 feet deep and the water doesn’t move swiftly. One morning we woke up to 4 men on our balcony and they were painting. We had no idea they were coming so we were shocked to have 4 men right outside our window. The property managers respond mostly in a timely manner but after 3 times of the a/c going out, there really wasn’t much sympathy or concern. I ask about the check out procedure, was told what to do b it they never specified a time. So we’l were getting ready to leave and the cleaning people told us we had 15 minutes to get out. The penthouse level is extremely hot on the inside. The place is nice but lots of inconvenience. We won’t be going back.

Great, Relaxing Vacation

My husband and I and our grandkids spent the last week of June in a penthouse condo in building C. Everyone loved the condo, the many swimming pools, and the trams to the beach. The view was awesome. We enjoyed it so much we booked for next summer while we were there.

Underwhelmed

First of all when you say “we are staying in the penthouse “ you have a connotation of something special.. That was not the case. The toilet had dried urine on the rim when we got there. There was someone else’s underwear in the dryer. There was only one trashi bag, one dish towel, no pot holders, one dishwasher detergent pod, no soap or shampoo. Never expected to have to bring all these things because we never did before. There was a pamphlet in a drawer that said if you were not happy they would come clean it again but you had to do it within the first hour you checked in. I found the pamphlet 2 days later. I did call and ask for more towels and trash bags. They said they would bring it but never did. The patio was dirty had empty coke bottle with cigarette butts in it. The cushions on the furniture were worn and folded in half in order to be comfortable. The bedding was very worn and needed to be replaced along with the chair in the master bedroom. There were holes in the wall where wall hangings had been moved or replaced but the holes were not filled. They charged us for 2 parking spots but we found out you got two spots with your room. After complaining they did refund the second spot. We were in building C and the pool for that building was filthy. I hate to leave a review like this but when you pay that much money for less than a week it is only fair that others are aware of what they are getting.

The condo was very nice. The mattress in the master diffently needs replaced and it would be really nice to have more than 2 wash clothes so that they don't have to be washed often. Loved the balcony but could really use some new cushions. Would diffently stay here again. The grounds and pools were awesome!

Great condo!

We evacuated here from hurricane Ida. We enjoyed are stay here. My children loved all the pool areas. Condo was very clean and beds were super comfortable. It was super nice having a washer and dryer as we didn’t pack much clothes. We definitely stay here again! It was our first time staying at the caribe.
