Spring of 2024

We brought our grand daughter, 14, with us for a two week stay. Weather wasn’t great until three days before pasture. We did enjoy our time though. Loved the condo! View of Bay was amazing and pool was very picturesque too. A great area for restaurants and shopping. Will definitely want to stay again

Perfect place to stay for family vacation

I can not say enough great things about this condo and the owners! The place was amazing and they went above and beyond with having a nice giftt basket upon arrival. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and we were within a short drive to wonderful restaurants and beaches! Barb was so accomodating when we had issues with our flights. We will definetely stay here again!

Perfect Location

We could not have been happier. Our son played at the Orange Beach Sports Complex in the Perfect Game World Series. The location of the condo was less than 2 miles away. When we didn’t have games to attend we enjoyed the property. The pool (lazy river), grilling area, fishing from the pier, everything was amazing. We will definitely stay here next year! 2306!

Great getaway

Barbara and Stephen are excellent host. They are very hospitable and had very prompt communication. The condo was just as described but also had many extras (toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, beach towels, and a welcome basket of goodies/snacks). We will definitely rent again!

Excellent Condo, Clean, Nice, Great Views, Perfect Relaxing Stay

We had a great stay here and would most definitely stay here again. The property is very nice, well-kept, very clean and stately. The condo was equally nice, well-furnished and clean. The owners were very nice and communicated very well. The lazy river and pool here are nice and we had a great, relaxing time just floating around the lazy river. The balcony views are really good both day and night, you get a great view of the entire lazy river as well as the cove. One of the great things about this place is that it is just enough off of the beaten path that you get to enjoy a little more peace and tranquility but still close enough to everything to be able to enjoy the hustle and bustle if and when you want to. Overall this is simply an excellent condo and managed well. Can't wait to stay here again.

Long weekend in Orange Beach bay side...

My husband and I spent a long weekend in Orange Beach and loved these accommodations. The unit was perfect and well equipped to make a very comfortable stay. Great views of the fabulous pool and lazy river as well as the bay bridge and Robinson Island. We have friends in the area with a boat and they were able to easily pick us up on the end of the dock to cruise to various restaurants by water. We also liked being away from the busy beach crowd and exploring the back bay area and Bear Point restaurant. There are several churches nearby if you are looking for worship location on a Sunday morning. The property owners are great with communications and checked to make sure everything was in order a couple of times during our stay. We will definitely be back!

I would stay again

The condo was a little dusty and the window in the front bedroom had mold which I was not happy with. Other then that it was beautiful and true to the listing. If they get the mild issue fixed I would love to go again and again!

2021 Family Vacation

This is our 4th year to stay at Phoenix on the Bay 2 and our 2nd year to stay in this condo! We always have the best experience here… not to mention the owners are super easy to communicate with and go above and beyond. The security guards on site were both super friendly and helpful. It’s so nice to let our teenage boys hang out at the pool after a busy day! They love the lazy river and slid Also the view here of the bay is beautiful and most of the beaches are just minutes away! We will definitely be back :)
