Detta uppdaterade hus med tre sovrum är bekvämt beläget på Cotton Bayou Drive i Orange Beach. Du kan parkera under eller bakom huset. Under huset finns utrymme att koppla av och ett rum med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Gå uppför trappan på baksidan och hitta ett däck med gott om stolar och solstolar att koppla av på. Medan huset är det som är närmast vägen, kan du se viken eller gå nerför stigen till viken.

När du går i ryggen finns det en matplats med kök. Bortom och till höger är vardagsområdet. Det finns gott om platser att koppla av i vardagsrummet med platt-TV och gratis WiFi för underhållning. Njut av en måltid vid matbordet eller piska en i köket. Köket har apparater i rostfritt stål och kastruller / kokkärl / redskap att använda under din semester.

Till höger om köket finns sovrummet svit, med en king size-säng och badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en platt-TV. Det stora badrummet har en duschkabin. I hallen är det andra badrummet i full storlek med badkar / duschkombination. Till vänster finns de andra två sovrummen. Ett sovrum har en queen size-säng och platt-TV och det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar och en platt-TV.

Gå nerför stigen till piren där du kan fiska eller binda en båt eller jet ski. Sitt på bryggan och titta på båtarna gå upp och ner Cotton Bayou eller bara njuta av soluppgången eller solnedgången i den vackra Orange Beach. Detta hus med tre sovrum kommer snart att vara din valbara semester i Orange Beach. Kom och koppla av på Bayou Boogie och ta gärna med upp till två familjehundar mot en liten nattlig avgift.

Location was perfect. Close to everything shopping/fishing/biking/beaches/restaurants etc. loved the large deck. Had a little bit of water views.Great floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again

We had a wonderful family trip at this lovely house !

Everything was spotless and well kept! The house comfortably slept all six of us and we had plenty of room for activities. The beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The beach was a 4 minute drive as listed. Very nice beach access with clean bathrooms. The dock wasn’t available and we didn’t know until the day before. So that was the only disappointment. So if you’re fishing that may be a problem. Other than that it was great will be staying again.

Short Stay

The property was beautiful and in a great location for our short trip. We weren't at the house much, but when we were there we just felt like the whole house was dirty. Some of the cabinets were not fully wiped down so they were sticky. We also did not appreciate how the laundry facilities smelt like weed. Probably from a previous renter, but it was an unpleasant smell that was carried into the home. We would defiantly rent again in the future!

Fishing Trip

Stayed a couple nights on a family fishing trip. Close to the marina and restaurants. Pleanty of room for the four of us. Even caught a few trout on the pier.

A action Review

I absolutely loved this house. There was plenty of space for my family had it been all four of us. It was very easy to check in and out. If I had to say anything negative about the house, it would be the sliding glass door maybe needs some curtains to pull over the door at night and maybe a porch roof for shade. I really don’t think there was anything negative about the house, those comments should actually be recommendations instead of complaints. Looking forward to our future booking.

Relaxing Vacation

DONT BOOK HERE

If I could give a 0 star I would! There was exposed electrical wires that were live inside the home and out. The lights under the house don’t work you have to grill by flashlight. The tv in the living room is blued out and can’t see the screen. There is no access to the bay at all not even for swimming and there is no dock as pictured. The tiles throughout the house were not even grouted and moved when walked on. Door hanging off the hinges and door frame pulled off the wall. There was a big open hole under the house with a pipe coming out that was rotted and leaking. There was an electrical box also that had no cover with live wires coming out and could have shocked one of my kids. I contacted both vrbo and vacasa with no help and it was the worst communication I have ever had. I will definitely never book through this company nor vrbo again. I was told it was my fault that the listing was wrong and I should have done my research. They also tried to charge me an extra fee on top of my fees I already paid for our dog and I will say only one lady at Vacasa has been helpful and she truly has been trying to get this issue resolved. She agreed that this property was not what was advertised. It was a nightmare! I have still been trying to get this resolved even a week later with no success! I just wouldn’t want someone else going through this experience that I have.

Great location & good for families

We enjoyed our stay but wished the description for dock access was accurate. It says there is but it is outdated. The reason we booked the property was for dock access for fishing. Luckily we were able to chat with the dock owner nearby the property and we’re able to use it during our stay. We enjoyed it and got some crab using our crab cage. We were grateful for such a great location close to amenities but far enough away from the craziness that comes with the Hangout Festival.

Great location without noise or crowds

Loved this dog friendly cottage! Convenient to all of the Orange Beach attractions but away from the Orange Beach crowds. It rained most of the time so having a covered area was great. There may have been overhead lights but we couldn’t find the switch. We were able to enjoy the upper deck, our last night, and it was fabulous! I will definitely try to rent the cottage again!

Misrepresnted

Boat slip was a part of the listing when we rented it. The boat slip was removed from the listing after we rented it and I was never notified. The only reason we rented this house to begin with was because it had a boat slip. We were in town for a fishing tournament so I had to scramble to find somewhere else to dock my boat. Disaster!! would have never stayed here to begin with if it didn’t have a boat slip.
