  • Phoenix VI (Location, Location, Location) har vacker utsikt över Mexikanska golfen och breda vita sandstränder på sin södra sida, och i norr är Cotton Bayou. Det är nära till underbara restauranger (10 inom ½ mil), bra livsmedelsbutiker, drogbutiker, butiker, skönhetssalonger och medicinska anläggningar. Det är inom gångavstånd från två marinor också.

    Phoenix VI har inomhus- och utomhuspooler, en inomhus racquetballplan, ett träningsrum, bastur och badtunnor. Dessutom har det upplysta, utomhus tennisbanor och ett utomhus basket mål.

    Lobbyn har en TV, en sittgrupp med ett bibliotek och spelbord.

    Condo 61202 på Phoenix VI är ett sovrum, ett badrum som sover fyra på 12: e våningen; det har 9-fottak med kröngjutning. Det är bekvämt och vältaligt inredda med stora kakelgolv, 2 platt-TV och DVD-spelare och ett välutrustat kök. Det stora sovrummet har ny madrassuppsättning. Vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket har utsikt över stranden och viken. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lägenheten. Den privata balkongen har ett bord och fyra stolar. I öster är en utsikt över poolen och Perdido-passet, söder om stranden och viken, i väster över två mil från stranden och viken.

Great Location

This property was clean and comfortable. We love being able to look out at the beach from our balcony and knowing it has quick easy access! My only complaint was the tub drain, it was extremely slow, and I ended up standing in several inches of water at the end of my shower.

We recently stayed at a condo at the Phoenix in Orange Beach. Upon arrival, the unit appeared clean; however, it did not reflect the photos advertised online. While it had been cleaned, the condo was noticeably outdated, had a persistent foul odor, and several maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay. One of the biggest concerns was the master bedroom\. The blinds were broken, allowing bright exterior lights to shine into the room throughout the night. We contacted customer service shortly after arriving and were assured the blinds would be repaired the following day. Unfortunately, despite that promise, no one ever came, and the issue remained unresolved for our entire week long stay.There were several other maintenance concerns as well. Most of the electrical outlets throughout the condo were so worn out that anything plugged into them would simply fall out.The only outlets that consistently worked were those in the kitchen. Both lamps beside the couch had burned out bulbs, making that area unusable in the evenings. Although the condo had been cleaned, we still felt the need to purchase our own cleaning supplies and clean parts of the unit ourselves. We also sent an email to the rental company detailing our concerns, but we never received a response or any indication that our issues had been documented. My hope in leaving this review is not simply to complain, but to encourage the rental company to address these issues so future guests can enjoy the experience that

Needs a little TLC

It was a good layout. The property was nice and well kept. The inside of the Condo was old and dated. Everything was leopard print from the shower curtain to the coffee cups. The kitchen was not very well stocked. But was clean and comfortable.

Condo needs some work!! Definitely needs to be painted and carpet replaced in the bedroom.

Highly-recommend! Oceanview Home Away from Home!

Nicely-decorated, clean, comfy condo with breathtaking views of the ocean on the 12th floor!!! Great-sized balcony to relax or eat, and take in the view, ocean sounds, breeze, etc. Our family of 4 loved it all! Both beds were super-comfortable and we slept soundly. Pull-out sleeper sofa had a nice thick memory foam mattress. Kitchen was fully-stocked with essentials. The only thing is that the teflon pan needs to be replaced-it was worn out. Walmart neighborhood market is nearby for groceries, etc. Overall, Everything was A+! Thank you so much for a great OBA stay! Would return back to this same condo.

Fun in Orange Beach!!!!

My husband and I stayed here during March 12-15. We just needed a quick getaway. The beach,pool area and condo was wonderful. Since it was just the two of us, we ate out, therefore not using kitchen much, but everything was there if needed!! We will be back!!!
