Welcome to PHOENIX ORANGE BEACH unit 1406 located on the 14th floor. Gulf front vacationing at its finest! Unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the Beach and Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible RELAXING panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious. The unit is professionally furnished with a Coastal flair. The Large balcony provides incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters. As an added feature to this unit we allow our guest to use the owners closet located on the same floor as the unit. It can be used for extra room to store your beach supplies, chairs, rafts, coolers, and much more. You will be given a door code to access the owners closet.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with free high speed WI-FI, full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen SMART TV in the master, and Smart TV's in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in both 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The unit sleeps 12 in beds. Plus there is an additional Sofa Sleeper for two additional person for a total of 14. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen offers both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Hottub Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this Phoenix has to offer. Definitely enjoyed our stay this past week. Excellent communication with the owner. Bonus was the use of the owners closet to store our beach/sandy things. Would absolutely stay in this unit for future vacations

We stayed for four nights, and it was exactly what we needed to relax! Three of the four bedrooms offer stunning ocean views, which made our mornings even better. Kelly, the owner, was incredibly responsive and easy to reach—he answered all of our questions right away. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward.One feature we really appreciated was the large storage closet located right across the hall. It gave us plenty of space for our beach gear, so we didn’t have to drag sand into the condo or clutter the living area. The unit itself was very clean and stocked with all the basic essentials.The only issue we noticed was with the refrigerator’s water and ice—it had a strong floral, chemical taste, and (TMI) even made our toddler’s dirty diaper smell like chemicals. It might just be time for a filter change. Thankfully, there’s a separate ice maker and filtered water tap in the bar area, which worked perfectly.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again!

The property itself was nice. I wouldn’t call it luxurious but the furnishings were new and the beds were okay. The problem we had was the cleanliness. Upon arriving everything seemed okay, until I noticed how disgustingly dirty our feet were from walking barefoot in the condo. I mopped the whole place and the water was brown when I finished. I can understand as I have vacation rentals and sometimes you don’t get the cleaning you pay for. I wasn’t going to even mention it or complain. Until my daughters went to bed and found crusty stains on the sheets
. Disgusting doesn’t even cover it when you find something like that. The Jack and Jill bath also had mold growing on the shower curtain and the garbage disposal smelled horrible, I cleaned it out and it had shrimp shells and hair that didn’t go down the drain. I had contacted the owner earlier because we couldn’t stay on our balcony because a few condos over was smoking pot and it was so strong we didn’t want our kids out there. I asked about contacting security and she told me to go to the lobby to find them or find a sign with a number posted there. As a vacation property owner I thought the owner should’ve handled that. I did contact her about the floors and bedding. She apologized and said she’d send the cleaners back the next day with clean sheets and take care of it. They brought a big bag of sheets and towels but didn’t change the beds, they just left them for us to do. We loved Phoenix Orange Beach and the condo too.

We had a fantastic stay in this condo! Location for beach, restaurants, and shopping could not be better! Condo was comfortable and clean! Plenty of room for 7-8 people.

We had a wonderful time relaxing in this beautiful condo. From booking to departure, it was smooth sailing. Condo was very clean and well-kept. Rarely heard any noise from other floors other than the occasional chair. Pools were very nice, and the lazy river was fun. Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all for Spring break. Loved the dolphins stopping by in the morning and evenings every day! Location couldn't have been better. Easy access to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Thanks for a great place to stay. We would definitely stay again.

Overall great experience . Condo was beautiful and just like the pictures and description. Shower curtain needed attention and kitchen was not as well stocked as we would like but overall a wonderful unit with super easy check in and out procedure. Will definitely return.

Took a quick weekend trip with my extended family to see the Blue Angels and play in the Gulf of Mexico. Location was excellent, as the distance from NAS Pensacola was just over 30 minutes. Check in instructions were easy to follow and the condo was exactly like the listing. We had fun playing on the beach, in the water, sea shell hunting, and using the condo lazy river and slide. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Our annual family vacation. Only complaint was that King bed was in first bedroom and not in the bedroom without view that had hall bathroom. Corner unit so views were great, kitchen well stocked. Patio furniture not fabulous could be upgraded to a bit more comfortable. Would recommend this unit to friends and family

We stayed at this property and it was me and my wife and our three-year-old daughter! We frequent the area in this condo and location are amazing! Right in the heart of conveniently located walking distance between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach! We parked our car and never moved it for the weekend we were able to walk or ride bikes everywhere we wanted to go! The condo itself was very nice and spacious and had a wonderful balcony that overlooked the live music in the evenings! Kelley was a great manager/owner to deal with & made every part of the process frictionless! We will definitely be staying here again

Spectacular views, very clean a very nice place to stay for a beach vacation. The unit matches the descriptions and photos very well. The kitchen is the well stocked with small appliances and cooking utensils and dishes. Our entire family of 11 loved it.

We had an amazing time at Orange Beach and staying in your condo. The views from 3 of 4 bedrooms was breath taking and so peaceful! We will definitely book again. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the $60/vehicle pass. It is the highest we have ever paid in Orange Beach, and we have been on summer vacations in OB for 10 years now.

Our entire short weekend trip was wonderful! This property was well-maintained and Kelly Patterson, the owner, was great to respond when needed! The view from the balcony, master bedroom, kitchen and dining table is just phenomenal. We had beautiful spring weather for our trip, but an indoor heated pool was very helpful as beach water is still chilly in April. The slide and the lazy river kept the kids entertained for hours! We never moved our vehicle as you can walk across the street to Rouses and Publix grocery stores and several great small businesses restaurants. Coastal restaurant is just a short beach walk to great food & drinks that was perfect for a fabulous evening meal out. The only suggestion to keep the kitchen stocked with a few basics, like salt, pepper, sugar packets, cooking oil, and maybe a few simple spices that don’t go bad easily. That’s all I could find to fault on this unit, as it exceeded our expectations! Thanks again Kelly for being a great host!
