Ny premium Phoenix West II 3 sovrum, 4 badrumsenhet! Professionellt inredda, sover denna enhet 10 med en king size-säng med en lyxig skummadrass i befälhavaren och en 46 tums HD LED Smart TV med WiFi och en Blu-Ray-spelare. Det andra gästrummet har också en king size-säng och 40 tums HD LED Smart TV med Blu-Ray-spelare. Det tredje gästrummet har två queen-sängar och en 40 tums 4K HD-TV med WIFI genom Blu-Ray DVD-spelare. Det finns en 60-tums HD LED Smart TV med WIFI i vardagsrummet tillsammans med ett litet utbud av DVD-skivor tillgängliga för visning. Denna enhet har plats för totalt 10 med bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Designergourmetköket har alla apparater i rostfritt stål med anpassade lönnskåp, bänkskivor i granit och är fullt utrustade med små apparater, en Keurig, höghastighets Ninja-mixer, köksredskap, porslin och bestick. Intill den våta baren med bänkskivor i granit, liten diskbänk, ismaskin och ett urval av stam- och glasvaror. All good but felt the kitchen could have been better stocked. Broken plates and coffee cup. Also, no mention of 120 to park our two vehicles until the week before our trip. It would have been nice to know ahead of time to add to our budget.

Great beach, nice facility, large condo, clean room/property

Great condo, very accommodating- has everything you need for cooking. Spacious bedrooms with bathrooms. Very clean upon arrival. Great view. Facility is nice and clean. Town is awesome, low key, smaller beach town withany things to do. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful

Our family loved the condo. The 29th floor had a beautiful view. We saw dolphins a few mornings. Elevators were quick. Everything was clean. The only issue we had which doesnt have anything to do with the unit, but while sitting down by the outdoor pool, kids were throwing some kind of substance off their balcony and got all over us, and witnessed on another day kids spitting off the balcony. We did tell the front desk but not sure if anything was done. So would recommend sitting on the other side of the pool and not under the balconies. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for families! Because there are so many condos floors 2-12 are parking and the rest residence. Elevators (6) were a nightmare! All check in between 4-6. Check out by 10. Everyone is trying to go up or down at once. We never left because of it. Didn’t have to though because we had everything we needed on site! It was great!!

Great luxury condo at Orange Beach

Property was great, well maintained and comfortable. Amenities at the building were top notch. The only drawback was July 4th weekend had a lot of people using the elevators that became problematic. Another note was we were not aware that there would not be any supplies like coffee pods or consumables. Made a grocery run to get supplies. This would have been much easier if the elevators and parking weren't so packed.

Wonderful place to take your family

The Condo was amazing. Elevators were quick and everyone there was patient and understanding when it was full. 6 elevators to move folks was very beneficial. The front bedroom needed a new mattress...my son said his back hurt sleeping on it. That is nothing management can take care of while we were there; but you do need to know that the mattress needs to be replaced. Also; when checking out.. the time was said to be 10am. We packed up the car at 9am and wanted to do one more check and the door was locked. Unable to check in. I left message and text and finally 4-6 hours later rep calls and ask about what we needed to check. I told her. She did not call back. No response at all. I asked for a call back but that never happened.

Great place

The property was nice loved the beds and the extra bathroom in the hallway. Has a nice clean Beach. The pool,lazy river, and slide was nice to have. It was more then enough room for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. Checkin was simple. I felt like the floors could have been cleaner then they were and it smelled a little fishy when we first arrived but overall it was a nice place that we really enjoyed. If given the opportunity to go back to orange beach I'd probably come back to Oasis again.

Great place for the family

The kondo was nice enough. However, Im glad we didn't pay high season prices. There were a couple issues, the only nice bed was the master. The rest were worn out. The shower heads in the master were the lowest possible quality you can get, like little pin needle spray and some were clogged. The couch is worn out.

Vacation

Overall this was a great place to spend our spring break. The condo was just like the pictures, clean, well stocked with pots/pans, and essentials. The lazy river was fun and the beach was wonderful. The only negative was that the outdoor pools were not heated, and for early April it was a bit too cold. That was a property issue though and not the Liquid Life issue. I will be looking at other Liquid Life locations for next year!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO W/AMAZING VIEWS

This was my original choice and it was absolutely beautiful. Due to unforeseen circumstances (normal wear and tear), which was not my fault, nor the fault of Liquid Life, we had to stay in a different condo after our 1st night. Although we were sad, Alex with Liquid Life assisted us in choosing another that was comparable to this one without any issue at all. The 2nd condo was beautiful, with the same beautiful ocean views and our trip was nothing short of amazing. I really can't say enough about this company. This was my 2nd year choosing this company with VRBO and they will always be my go to. They excel in customer service. Thanks for everything!

Mostly satisfied

Unit looks just as pictures show however the cleanliness was not great. I understand being at the beach tile floors may not always be spotless but I’m not sure that they had even been cleaned especially considering our 10 month old granddaughter found leftover food from I’m assuming the previous occupants. The unit could definitely stand some upgrading as it is pretty dated. Other than those few things we enjoyed our stay and will visit the area again for certain.

Exactly as pictured! A wonderful unit!

We loved this unit at the Phoenix West II. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was stocked with every pan and accessory we needed. We did have a problem with one of the queen beds. It was VERY tilted. I texted Liquid Life rentals, but they never sent anyone out. It was okay though. We just shifted the kids to that bed. The bathrooms were nice. The extra one in the hallway came in handy quite a few times. I would definitely stay in this unit again. We were worried about being on the 29th floor, but it was very nice and quiet. The elevators were only a problem one of the days, but we had the nicest worker at Phoenix help us out by getting us a service elevator. The a/c was cool, the couches were comfortable, and the large dining table fit us all. We had a few problems with groups of teens there for graduation trips at the slide and the pool, but that wasn’t our host’s problem. Phoenix II needs to have someone out there at all times to monitor when there are large groups that have no supervision. The slide became very dangerous because of their stunts.

Really high check in desk

I didn't like the way we had to go check in after going to our room. Also, I am 4 foot 10 inches and the check in desk is atleast 5 foot tall. Another thing is, this building has so much wasted space outside of the condos. Just wide open spaces that aren't used for anything. Oh, and the parking fee was unexpected. $35 to park is outrageous!

Lovely Phoenix West II

Our condo was clean and spacious. The view was INCREDIBLE…right on the beach. Pools were lovely. Well situated and convenient to everything including Gulf Shores. Only recommendation is for rental company to supply an extra roll of paper towels, extra 4-pack of toilet paper and spray cleaner for the kitchen.

Girls vacay
