The property was nice and the view was amazing! The property management company was very unprofessional. Upon arrival the AC unit was out, my son called the company. The first AC tech reset unit, told us to call after an hour if unit didn't cool. We made several calls, no return call. Some family members had health concerns, including Heart Conditions, Asthma, Sleep Apnea and Bronchitis. We couldn't stay in our own unit, due to the AC. The next day Hansen's came out that afternoon to check unit, it cooled off that night. The next day again no AC. After no one answered our calls, my sister went to Liquid Life office around 4:30 PM. She was told no one in management was available to address our concerns. Steve (from Liquid Life maintenance dept.) contacted us via phone @ 6:42pm, to ask if we'll allow the AC company to return. So the unit would be comfortable for the next guest. (Wow, I guest we didn't matter). The company stated they could move us to 2802, only if the AC company stated the unit couldn't be repaired. Our rental was 12/26-12/29. We only has AC about 14 hours. Needless to say some of our family members got sick and couldn't enjoy the trip. This was our family's last vacation together before my son reports to Germany from Fort Benning, for the next 3-5 years. This wasn't the experience I wanted my family to have. Today is 1/5/2022, we're still waiting for Liquid Life to make compensation for our trip.
