Lyxig Gulf Front Penthouse Condo i Orange Beach

Alla sovrum är utrustade med nya lyxiga Eurotop-sängkläder, 32 ”platt-TV och privata bad. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och eget badrum med dubbla fåfängar, jacuzzi och stor dusch. Det andra sovrummet har också en king size-säng och badrum. Det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng, även med eget badrum.

Vardagsrummet är smakfullt inredda med en spektakulär utsikt över Mexikanska golfen från vardagsrummet. Luta dig tillbaka i komforten på skinnsoffan och älska sätet medan du njuter av utsikten, titta på 47 "Smart TV eller lyssna på låtar från din IPOD genom Hi-Fidelity Polk Audio-systemet. Kärleksstolen har dubbla fåtöljer för att sträcka ut efter en lång dag på stranden. Soffan omvandlas till en queen size-säng.

Köket har apparater i rostfritt stål och bänkskivor i granit och är fullt utrustade för dem som vill laga sina egna måltider. Very nice property.

Worth every penny!

The pictures pale in comparison to this fabulous condo! The views of the beach from the living room and master bedroom are amazing. The entire condo was very clean. The beds may be more comfortable than my own. The towels are the soft, thick ones from Sam's Club and the beach towels were a nice extra. The kitchen is well stocked and the additional ice maker in the bar area saved us from ever having to buy any. The owner is very friendly and responded within seconds of my texts. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed !! There were even snacks and water bottles left for us which was a nice touch . The only thing I would recommend would be adding a few K-cups and a small bag of coffee of coffee to the welcome basket 😊. We will definitely be back .

Great Vacation Property

This was a great condo and was exactly as advertised. It was clean, the washer and dryer worked great and it was well stocked. The condominium complex was nice and we appreciated the carts to get things to and from the cars. The shared pools were really nice and when the outdoor hot tub broke one of the days we were here they had it repaired by the next day. Plenty of chairs around the outdoor pool and the short walk from the boardwalk off ground floor to the ocean was very convenient. The views from the condo’s front window and balcony were fantastic and we appreciated the comfortable furniture on the balcony. Overall we had a great vacation and we would happily book here again.

Family Vacation

The condo was very comfortable with nice, plush bedding and TV’s in all rooms. The check-in process was a breeze but what sealed the deal and will keep my family coming back was the owners. Very nice, responsive people that made sure our vacation was a great one!

Very nice

Just like promised it was in good shape. There was a little baskets in the bathroom of things we might’ve forgot. I had forgot my toothbrush and they were nice enough to have that. The only complaint I had was the air. The air does not turn lower than 70 and never got below 71. If we tried to cook that air would get up to 74 and 75. The owner did agreed to have someone come and fix the air but I thought well we just won’t eat anything we have to cook , because I just didn’t want someone in there working on the air and being part of our vacation. The fourth night when I woke up at 4am sweating it was 75 degrees . I called her and asked her to please get someone in there . She had someone in there that day by 330pm that evening. We did have to do without air for about 2 1/2 hours and then he had it up and going. After that it stayed at 71 but we still didn’t cook because it would get hot fast . Dew to medical problems I can’t have it hot and went from to room with a box fan . Each room and deck has ceiling fans. ( the owner said they were going to come down and fix air in 2 weeks.). The owners were super nice, wonderful to deal with. The beach is white and beautiful, no trash on the beach at all. The area is very much a family area and in September hardly anyone at all on the beach. It felt like we were on vacation alone. Everyone we passed was super nice. We were told if there was any complaints to please let her know and she would handle it immediately( she be in the owner). My family will definitely stay again. Large windows in the great room and master bedroom. Very comfortable deck furniture with a beautiful view. I would give this place when the air’s fixed a 8 out of 10.

Perfect for our family vacation!

This property was so great! Our family had an amazing time in this condo. The condo is spacious and there were so many thoughtful touches provided by the owners (welcome basket, the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental, beach towels, and so much more!) The view from the balcony was incredible and the balcony furniture was nice. The beds were plush and so comfortable. The owners, Ben and Lisa, were so quick to respond to all of our questions and were very friendly to work with. Being right on the beach was a must for our family, and this condo delivered that. We didn't have any problems with the condo whatsoever. We will be back for sure!

Paradise in Perdido Key

Glorious! We spent 1 month and cannot wait to do it again next year. From the moment we saw the stunning view of the Ocean from our balcony we knew this was going to be an exceptional stay. The condo offers every amenity possible and then some.

The unit was everything we needed to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. Incredible views, well stocked kitchen, and even a stand alone ice maker! Communication with the owners before and after our stay was quick, responsive, and enjoyable. Very short walk to the beach, one of the shortest in Orange Beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again given the opportunity.

This property was a perfect fit for our needs. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. The location is on a private beach section with a beautiful view of the ocean. it is right down from the Florida border, as we loved visiting Flor-Bama. This condo was fully stocked with just about anything you needed (shower towels, beach towels, and the kitchen has every appliance, utensil, serving bowl, etc... needed for the week) Great place! Would totally return to this location.

Annual January vacation

Very nice condo with great views. Decorated very nice and kitchen is well equipped. Owner has added many personal touches that makes the place feel more like home. The owner is very easy to work with and has worked to correct any problems. We have stayed here the last two January’s and are planning on going back this coming January.

Good, efficient experience
