The master suite features a King bed and a private bath including a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The second bedroom features 2 Queen sized beds with a private bath and the third bedroom features 2 Full sized beds and a private bath. Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV and there is also a flat-screen and a sofa-sleeper in the living room. The fourth bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The unit also features approximately 1,958 square feet with tile floors throughout the main living area, FREE WiFi, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a wet bar with an ice-maker. There is a full-sized washer and dryer.

Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Phoenix West II offers spectacular fabulous amenities. Feel free to relax in the shimmering waters of the lazy river while the little ones enjoy the twisty water slide. This complex also offers an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, a large indoor heated pool with hot tubs, a grilling area, and a boardwalk with an outdoor shower. Sweat out stress in the fully-loaded exercise room, complete with a sauna.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
