More positives than negatives but I know people like me want to know what could be the negatives they run into. Condo was very nice and views were great. The towels provided were not great. Only one towel would be considered adult size. A beautiful condo like this should have decent towels. I use my own sheets, but if I didn’t bring mine, I wouldn’t have had any issues with the bedding or sheets. The master bed is very comfortable and I am picky. We had a few maintenance concerns, the tub would not drain and the remote didn’t have batteries. I called the number provided and they said they would send maintenance. I stayed at the unit for 5 hours waiting while my family left for town. No one ever came to fix the tub or bring the batteries. I wasted time I could have used at the beach. The cleaning was really good, only exception was the back bathroom. Standing in backed up water is gross. (Shower drain is not really the cleaning persons fault) the shower heads could also use a good cleaning. If it wasn’t for wasting time waiting on maintenance that never arrived, I would have given it 5 stars. The unit is 5 stars, lack of maintenance response and the towels dropped to 4. Yes, I would stay again but I would bring my own bath towels and batteries. We bring our own beach towels but never thought to bring regular towels.
