Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' SMART TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker will enhance any party. This is a custom kitchen unlike any other in the complex. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a two queen beds and the 3rd bedroom also has two queen beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area and a rollaway bed providing sleeping accommodations for 13.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Condo is super nice as described in property details. Perfect location for quick store runs, beach access, and pool activities. A few cosmetics flaws and some linen was stained but overall would highly recommend.

My husband and I took our two adult sons, daughter in law and grandson for a week. The lay out is perfect for that group. It mostly appeared clean except two of the three bedroom bedspreads had visible dirt that you could pick off. Obviously we laundered all the bedding before sleeping on them . I was bothered by the fact that there were only two wine glasses for a place of that size?!!! Our grandson is still crawling and he was filthy after crawling around for the first time. So of course we had to mop the entire place too. Peeling paint on the master bath surround. Dated and dirty pulls in the kitchen. There were numerous champagne glasses but some had cracks in them. We still had a wonderful time, just wouldn’t choose this particular unit again.

This condo was amazing! We will definitely stay here again. We have been coming to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for nine years, and this was the most stocked condo we have ever stayed at. We hosted our Thanksgiving there this year and it had serving dishes, huge pots, casserole dishes
.it was fully stocked!!!! They had extra blankets and pillows to mark your stay comfortable. The condo was clean. I also loved the fact that they had a broom and vacuum available in case you wanted to clean anything up. I had one question during my stay and the management company reached out to me promptly. They were wonderful to deal with, as well. This place was definitely the home away from home. We appreciated all of the thought that they put into what you would need when you go on vacation.

The condo itself was perfect. The owner responded so fast on all questions we had. The only complaint about the place itself was all of the hot tubs were cold. The indoor pool wasn't heated. This was our first stay here and if those things would have been heated it would have been a perfect trip but other than that we had a great time!!

Overall we had a great time, however there are items that need attention like several lamps had blown bulbs, the pull out couch is broken, there is screws missing from the coffee table so it’s rickety, and one of our adult guests fell backwards out of one of the patio chairs because it wasn’t bolted to the base. Other than these things, the condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked

Our first time to stay at the beach for more than a few hours! We had an amazing time. Friendly customer service, beautiful condo with amenities, lots of things to do at the property and in the area. We will definately be back!
