Come relax on the spacious 4th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed. There is a new queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for accommodations up to 4. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

    Snowbirds welcome!

The condo was perfect! Very clean and well taken care of. The furniture was nice and the pull out couch was even comfortable. Only negatives were the hot water did not work in the kitchen sink and the doors need wd40. The squeaking woke everyone up. The pool was so nice and I loved that there was someone at the front desk all the time. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy to park on the 4th floor and walk to the unit. A/C was great, everything worked as it should, and it was great to have laundry in the unit. Bedding was definitely dated but clean! No issues!

Condo was clean and exactly as described. Loved the ninja coffee maker too! Made coffee in the mornings on the balcony even better. Great location, and we love the building. Having a parking garage attached, where you can simply walk from the garage to your floor without the need of the elevators is top notch. We will be back!

The condo is beautifully decorated. We had an issue with the TV but it was rectified quickly! The only thing I would suggest is over the door hooks in the bathroom for towels and a shower liner for the bathtub. Also, there’s a nice glass dining table and I would put place mats on them so the glass doesn’t get messy. But, it’s a wonderful location, very comfortable bed and nice couch!!!
Beautiful sunset from the balcony
