ensuring you stay connected during your stay.
Our condo, a haven of comfort, can accommodate up to 10 guests. Each bedroom is a sanctuary
of relaxation, featuring new tile flooring, luxurious mattresses, high-thread-count sheets, a TV,
and a ceiling fan. The main bedroom, with its beachfront balcony access and a king-size bed, is a
retreat within a retreat. Bedroom 2 includes two queen-size lift beds, and bedroom 3 offers two
queen beds. The adjoining bathrooms are stocked with deluxe towels and convenient soap and
shampoo dispensers.
The Laundry room includes a full-size front-loading washer and dryer. You`ll find a range of

Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival - a one-time fee of
$55 per vehicle. 3-bedroom units at Phoenix Orange Beach II allow purchase - up to (2) parking
passes. Additional passes may be available depending on the complex`s occupancy during your
stay. Each association sets the cost of parking passes and is subject to change at any time
without notice. Also, please note that RVs (or extended vans with RV hookups), trailers, boats,
jet skis, and similar are prohibited in garages OR overflow lots.
Parking: You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and we input your information into VRPaccessdotcom and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. Parking passes cost $55 per vehicle for the entire stay. The maximum number of passes that can be purchased for this unit is 2 but based upon occupancy of the complex during your stay, it might be possible to purchase additional passes at the building’s service desk (note: additional passes likely won’t be available during peak seasons).
Chair and umbrella can be rented from Ike`s Beach Service.
The minimum age to reserve the unit is 25, and this age limit will be strictly enforced; no
refunds will be given for violations.
