Great stay, Beautiful Location!

We stayed at this property for the Softball USSSA World Series and had the absolute best time. Unit was clean, as described, and very affordable! Would 100% book this property again!

this property was great! place was clean and there was plenty of room for us . we loved that we had two separate balcony’s, and we took advantage of the grills by the pool for dinner. and the short walk to the beach was perfect!

7 day vacation

Very impressed with the condo as a whole. Some people complained about lack of toilet and paper towels. Walmart is 2 min away, and was no big deal to get some extra. Plenty of towels. Description says 1 set per bathroom. But we had 2 full sets per bathroom. Beach was so close! The entire stay was wonderful. Also there were plenty of blankets on the beds, which was also a review concern

Family vacation

We had a good time in Orange Beach at the Romar Lake Condominiums. 301E was setup well for our family with three bedrooms. There were plenty of extras and towels, and the walk to the beach was short and easy. There is a nearby Walmart Market and a Publix.The stove is an older model but in good working order. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described. It had plenty of room for the 7 of us. The location was great. It was just a short walk to the beach( the crosswalk for the beach was literally right across the street). We liked that they had fans as we forgot ours at home. We would definitley stay here again.

Cheer competition

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only 3 complaints we had. 1. The king bed in the master bedroom was VERY noisy. It definitely needed a new box spring, getting in and out of it and just moving was extremely noisy. 2. We never could locate the router nor connect to the WiFi. Property manager told us where it was located but it was not where they said it was. And the WiFi network name and password that was on the link never worked. 3. Dryer took a very long time to dry the towels. Other than that (all manageable things) the location was great! Beach access was easily located and property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Getaway Spot

The condo was perfect. Two very large balconies with cute views of the marsh and lots of space between the bedrooms making making it feel extra private. Very clean. Easy drive to local restaurants, beaches and markets. The only down side being there were only two rolls of toilet paper provided, two trash bags, one dishwasher pod and no simple spices for cooking like salt and pepper. Overall the stay was still perfect and we would come back again!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the condo. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony and watch the wildlife. The house was very nice. Lots of space for all of us. The short walk across the road to the beach was very nice. When we first walked in you could tell the house had been cleaned. You could smell it. it was nice to have a broom and mop because we used it every day to get rid of sand and to just re clean the floor. There is no outside shower, so all the sand comes in with you. The condo was stocked with all the kitchen stuff that we needed which was great. The dishwasher stopped working one day and we text them and it was fixed when we came back from dinner. We also had to text them for the wifi password. It was not posted anywhere in the condo. They were very helpful. A few things that was bother was the king bed was as hard as a brick, not only did me and husband think so but so did my 6-year-old. There where tiny ants all over the kitchen that we kept killing. (We did not leave anything out for them) The shower pressure was not great and was really hard to get sand off of you. Whatever kind of cleaning material they were using for the floor did not come up Easly because it made our feet and socks black. We did think they should stock salt and pepper since its common things in a house people do not think about. Other than the few things that we just dealt with and where not a huge deal to us. We had a great time. We really enjoyed the stay and would stay again. Hopefully the bed is broken in better.

Decent stay

The place was just as pictured and the staff was responsive via text. However, the unit was barely stocked with basic necessities for our stay - they only provide 1 roll of TP per bathroom (even for a 4 night stay) and they don’t provide extra blankets even if requested. One of the beds was unmade and one was dirty upon arrival, but they did offer to bring us new linens. The beds were also VERY uncomfortable. Overall, the place was decent for the price, but I probably would not return.

The unit was clean, and roomy. I loved the location and the east access to the beach and amenities. Fully furnished. My only complaint is the beds. It was like sleeping on concrete floor. They were so hard that even the children were complaining of a back ache.

Spring Break

This was our second visit to Orange Beach. The condo was comfortable and clean. We did find a couple of cockroaches in the living room. We were there 3 nights and we had to buy toilet papers. The coffee pot lid would not stay on and spilled. And there were no filters. Otherwise it was a nice condo.
