The spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a scenic balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico where you can take in the gentle sea breeze while reclining on the comfortable patio furniture. The spa-style master bath boasts a soothing jetted Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, large mirror, and a double sink.
Spend quality time with your loved ones in the charming living room featuring a comfy seating area, quaint decor, bright floor-to-ceiling windows, a stylish wet bar, a convenient "2" Queen sleeper sofas, and a 65” Smart TV.
The sleek kitchen is equipped with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including an electric wall oven with a built-in microwave and a sizable refrigerator. Start your morning with the high-quality coffee maker, end the night with some mixed drinks with the blender.

Spring Break

We absolutely loved this trip. All the staff were friendly and helped make everything a breeze. We ended up extending our trip and that was effortless. Resort was clean and constantly had people cleaning everywhere! There's so much to do you'll never have to leave! They were doing some work on different areas but it didn't hinder our trip. The only thing we struggled with was having one skillet to work with, lots of other pans but a bigger skillet was necessary for our meals feeding 12 people. Highly recommend this resort and condo!

Family/friends fall break

Everything was just as expected , had a little electrical problem in the master when a plug was shorted out but they came right up and fixed the issue . Everyone was friendly and the property was amazing for kids of all ages .

Not my favorite

We’ve stayed at several condos along perfidious beach. This is our least favorite. The condo itself was filthy. We found trash and medication on the floor right when we got there. The appliances are newer but “recently renovated” is a huge stretch. The security staff was incredibly rude. There were rowdy, intoxicated teenagers that were constantly racing down the water slides making my young children scared to even try them. Security seemed absolutely clueless. The wireless network didn’t work well and we couldn’t use the mean room tv. We will not be returning.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pools—the condo was great. The beach was quite a hike, but we enjoyed it all nonetheless.

Spring Break 2022

Property was very well kept. Penthouse in Building B was very spacious and clean. All amenities you need are there. Cobalt restaurant on site is awesome. A couple minor issues were with security gatehouse. We had some friends meeting us for dinner at the Cobalt. We invited them up for drinks prior to our scheduled dinner. I called the gatehouse ahead of time and gave security our name, unit and friends name. When our friends arrived they were not pleasant and told them they were not authorized. That gatehouse security is ridiculous and does not represent how nice the property actually is. I’m all for security and keeping non guests out. We had a parking pass hanging from our mirror each time we arrived back to the resort, along with several other guests and we were made to wait up to 15 minutes in a line of cars to enter the resort. There is another gate for owners that should be used and one of the 3 guards on staff should be checking and allowing guests to pass. Another minor issue was that every single hot tub was full of teenagers the entire stay. There wasn’t one minute that a hot tub was available for our kids or any adults. Should be a sign to keep the time spent to an hour or 2. I understand that it was spring break but there were the same kids posting up there for 8-10 hours at a time. Other than that, I would go back here as the place had everything a family would need and more.

Beautiful spot

Beautiful room with a gorgeous view of the ocean and the bay. Nice marina in the back of the hotel, we fished and took a dolphin tour and never had to leave the property. The girl in the guard shack is ridiculous though be on the lookout for her, not a very helpful or friendly person at all. Would recommend this spot and definitely will be back!

Best girls trip ever!!!

Everything was perfect! We had the best time! We had plenty of space to hang comfortably! Highly recommend this place, it is absolutely perfect! Views were amazing and there was so much to see and do! Wish we would have stayed another week!!

Great spring getaway

The checkin process was easy and quick. The property was clean and spacious. Several pools to choose from so we could rotate based on occupancy and mood. Easy boat parking and access. We really enjoyed our stay.
