Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom.

The living room features new sofa, chair and a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows.

Updated kitchen with granite countertop and crisp white cabinetry is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home cooked meal.

Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar.

There is a king bed in the master, the guest bedroom has two full sized beds and there is a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8.

We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The condo itself was satisfactory, furnished with everything you need for dining in. However, the Phoenix V property could use some attention. This was our second time staying there in 18mo and the lack of improvements are very visible.

Nice place and good location! Really good spot if you have younger kids with the indoor/outdoor pool and splash pad. Location was within a reasonable distance of several things to do. Beaches were nice and quiet while we were there this time of year.

Great family stay

Our family of four enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and lots of kitchen gadgets. This is our 3rd year staying at Phoenix V, and our family enjoys all the amenities and location.

Okay

The room was not the cleanest. Under the furniture which most of our children’s toys ended up looked like it had never been cleaned. The floors were not clean. The covers on the beds were all stained. The shower curtains were awful you have to rehang them at every use. None of the remotes worked the batteries were all dead and the light in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. Location was to be expected it’s a phoenix in orange beach. The pools were great.

Overall great experience!!

We loved our location. Condo was very nice and spacious! Staff and other guests were extremely friendly. We did, however, feel that it could have been cleaner. Ceiling fans were very dusty, old snacks on the floor and in couch, and lip prints on mirrors.

Great location. Great onsite staff. Great management.

Property and unit are just as described. Location is perfect just outside of the busier stretch of Perdido Beach Blvd. We lucked out with perfect weather for 10 days for our family of 5 (11yr, 6yr, and 1.5yr). Outside of the 9+ hr drive from SC, we can't wait to go again!

The balcony hadn’t been swept so there was trash still out there when we got in. Sheets had hair in the bed and there was hair all in the floor. Just could of used a better cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

P5 904 Orange Beach

Once arriving at the property check in was a bit crazy due to them having 2 different desk for different check in purposes. Once we did get checked in waiting on the elevators was insane. When we finally got up to our unit it was everything the VRBO listing showed. The views were amazing each and every day, we even saw dolphins and sting rays a few early mornings while drinking coffee on the balcony. The outdoor and indoor pools were awesome. We didn’t enjoy the hot tubs due to 2 being shut down and the 1 that was open was so hot you couldn’t sit in it. The splash pad was a hit with our younger kids. The walk to beach was short and sweet and the beach chair rentals were awesome. We will definitely be back. Hoping the hot tubs are all working and not boiling hot next time :)
