Tidewater 2nd Floor-Awesome Gulf Front 3BR - Ring nu !!!


Tidewater 201 är en tre sovrum, tre badrum östra hörnet enhet lägenhet ligger i hjärtat av Orange Beach. Vår lägenhet är professionellt dekorerad för att välkomna de mest utmärkta gästerna. Vi har fantastisk panoramautsikt över viken.

Vår enhet ligger på den östra änden av byggnaden med panoramautsikt över bukten vid viken. Vardagsrummet och sovrummet vetter mot stolpen gratis, balkongen främre viken. Drottningen sovrummet har en privat balkong på viken sidan av byggnaden med utsikt över viken stranden.

Det tredje sovrummet innehåller ett par enkelsängar för att rymma ytterligare två medlemmar av din familj eller grupp. Och bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet gör att så många som åtta personer kan njuta av sin semester på Tidewater. Var och en av de tre sovrummen har privat tillgång till ett badrum. Dessutom har varje sovrum en TV
 
När du anländer till Tidewater kan du njuta av den täckta entrén som leder till lobbyn där du hittar två hissar. Bagagevagnar finns i förvaringsskåpet utanför lobbyn för att hjälpa dig att bosätta dig i ditt fritidshus. Under ditt besök i viken kan du använda trappan för snabb åtkomst till din lägenhet på andra våningen.

När du har passerat lobbyn möter du utomhuspoolen och strandpromenaden som leder till stranden utanför. Inomhuspoolen, badtunna, bastu och träningsrum ligger intill utomhuspoolen.
Lokala aktiviteter
Tidewater-byggnaden ger enkel åtkomst till allt som viken vid golfen har att erbjuda. Du kommer att ligga tvärs över gatan från Zeke's Landing (och Marina) och nära många andra restauranger och butiker.

Gulf Shores State Park ligger bara några mil bort. Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge är också lättillgängligt. Flera nöjes- och vattenparker finns i närheten för hela familjens njutning. Det finns ett dussin golfbanor i det allmänna området som ger en mängd olika inställningar och utmaningar.

Awful. Didn’t stay

Walked in at check in time after a 5 hr drive. Unit was in complete disarray! Owner refunded . We were left scrambling to find a place to stay during the busy spring break season. Cost us 500 more for 2 nights in hotel & additional 1500 for last minute condo. Which were left eating that expense. Never again! Disappointed to say the least.

Renters Beware

Heed to previous reviews! The condo is in need of a major remodel and repairs! Loose and cracked ceramic tiles throughout the condo. You can literally hear them click when you walk on the loose ones! The balcony has a good 6 inch drop on one end and over 90% of the tiles on the balcony are cracked and broke. We spent over 2 hours the 2nd day cleaning the fridge and the condo. The fridge was DISGUSTING and the center bracket between the 2 crisper drawers is missing so the drawers don't slide. I moved items on the countertop to wipe under them, that hadn't been done in a long time! I know this isn't a new condo. We've stayed in older condos before but they were clean and well-maintained, this one is not at all! Location was great, that is all! balcony are cracked and ruined

The description states it is “just updated”. If you call replacing a few floor tiles that don’t match then I guess so. The floors were so dirty our feet were black! The bathrooms were gross and not deeply cleaned between guest. The balcony facing the Gulf did not feel safe. It was sagging quite a bit on the left side and all the tiles were cracked. We didn’t allow anyone to go out there which is a bummer! I contacted the owner and he said they had it checked out and said it was fine. I would disagree. The location was great but I won’t be staying here again.

Orange Beach Vacay

Arrived and the condo appeared to be just fine. We spent time on the beach then back for showers and bed. The next day we discovered how truly nasty the condo floor was. My white socks were black. I spent a good part of the day cleaning and scrubbing the floors. And, the balcony facing the beach was leaning to one side so much you had to be careful not to fall. Do yourself a favor and choose a different condo.

Nice vacation

We had a great time. The condo was clean and as pictured. Our daughter enjoyed the small balcony to read in the evenings. The place was quiet and in a great location. Will definitely look at booking here again in the future!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Up on arrival we found 8 roaches in the condo ! The balcony was cracked and the railing had been patched up but still looked and felt very unsafe we couldn’t even let our kids out there because the balcony was uneven and slanted down. We immediately left and headed to the Hilton because we couldn’t stand the idea of sleeping where there were so many roaches. We are currently waiting for a full refund after VRBO completes the investigation. The owner offered only a small refund and was very unshaken by the roaches and conditions of the balcony. This place is unsafe and I would definitely recommend booking something else.

Amazing as usual

This is our second year staying at this condo and we LOVE IT!!! Lots of room for everyone and the kiddos loved the sand toys and boogie boards that other renters have left from previous stays. Very family friendly and security is also great!! The only thing that needs to addressed is the balcony furniture. Some pieces were broken and others we weathered.

Devil in the details

The saying goes— road hard and put away wet and that is what this condo felt like— the linens were threadbare and only having 2 towels per bathroom was not acceptable— there were 7 of us with 4 females that needed a towel for hair and body. The outdoor furniture was broken and rickety. The bed linens were of very low quality. No utensils for grilling out doors. Toilet paper holder in master bath was missing. Usually paper towels etc at least 1 roll is provided to get you started but did not provided any. Many broken ceramic floor tiles. The instructions of how to unlock condo and getting parking pass were vague. This unit must be rented every week- leaving no time for maintenance. Beach was beautiful and good location

tidewater week oct 16 2022 - review

overall nice unit, but had major issues the whole week. electrical issues w reset buttons, coffe pot wouldnt work in kitchen at all, unit not dusted well, drapes ripped and lumber headboard leaning against wall, toilet overflowed 3 times in master, unit on far right corner of building had outside back porch leaning 4" with major cracks in tile alonng the corner 10x10 area, one outsdie wood chsair leg cracked/ dsangerous..talked to owner who helped some but didnt seem concerned with liability , the reiew of problems, ... i would want a big discount to come back to this unit again. jim wright

Family Vacation

Overall, the condo was adequate for a family vacation. There were multiple tiles in the condo that were broken which made walking barefoot a little dangerous. On the first night when pulling out the sofa bed, we found a live cockroach who was hiding out in the bed. We informed the property manager who said he would call the COA to see about having pest control come through the condo, but we never saw them. The back deck slopes which was a little unnerving, especially with the not so stable Woden patio furniture. We noticed that it was taking several times of resetting the dryer to get the clothes dried, and when we finally spent the time to watch, saw that it was not tumbling. Informed the property manager who stated he was unable to get an appliance person out until the day we were leaving which resulted in us having to spend several afternoons at the laundromat which is no way you want to spend your vacation. Finally on the day before we left the front door lock quit working which resulted in us having to leave the condo unlocked when we left which didn’t feel extremely safe. Again called the property manager who stated he would have the cleaners look at it after we had left. If you are going strictly going to be at the beach then the location is awesome and the beach is great. We were fortunate enough to get to see the Blue Angels who were practicing right out from the condo.

Needs updates

The tiles in the condo feel like they are all coming loose or hollow. In areas of the condo it feels like the building is leaning. The sofa is very uncomfortable bc you lean to the middle. Time for a new one. We put a sheet over it to help protect the material. Our beds were very comfortable. We were unpleased to the extreme that while laying out on the beach, people were fishing for sharks about 50 yards from us.

Relaxing vacation

Great stay at Orange Beach. The property was very comfortable- plenty of room for a family of 6 and the furniture was up to date and comfortable. Stores and restaurants were conveniently located near by. The beach and pool were both clean and well maintained. We will be back!
