Koppla av och njut av detta helrenoverade MODERNA lägenhet på stranden med fantastisk balkongutsikt över 12 våningen över Mexikanska golfen och Perdido-passet.

Ingår i denna 2 BR / 2 badrum lägenhet är ett fullt utrustat kök w / alla nya rostfria vitvaror, moderna mosaik brickor baksida, nya porslin bänkskivor, och uppdaterat skåp.

Njut också av alla nya sängar, madrasser, sängkläder och handdukar i hela. Det stora sovrummet har 1 king size-säng w / en ny 42 "platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Fantastisk utsikt över stranden väntar dig också från sovrummet w / balkong / skjutdörr.

Det andra sovrummet har 2 nya fulla sängar och ett komplett badrum. Detta sovrum har en 27 "platt-TV / DVD Combo-spelare.

Båda badrumsrenoveringarna inkluderar nytt / uppdaterat skåp, nya bänkskivor, nya kakelgolv, nya handfat och all ny bad / duschmaskinvara.

Den här lägenheten har också all ny belysning, takfläktar, nya vardagsrumsmöbler, ny 50 "platt-TV och en överdådig soffa med gås-ner som kan sova 1 (tvillingstorlek). En drottningstor luftbäddsäng med luftkonditionering med inbyggd sänggavel och pump finns också för att sova 2. Vackra anpassade draperier hänger hela tiden.

Matbordet har plats för 6 och bänkplatserna för bänkskivan 2. Uteplatsen utomhus har plats för 4.

Phoenix 7 har en stor pool w / en nyligen renovering som ägde rum 2014 och en barnpool. Det finns också 7 utomhusgrillar runt 2 lusthus med bord nära poolen.

Fastigheten har också en stor uppvärmd inomhuspool, 3 badtunnor, en bastu för män och kvinnor, tennisbanor, basketmål och en racquetballplan. Det finns också ett träningsrum med viktmaskiner, löpband, elliptiska medel, cyklar och trappklättrare.

Newly remodeled condo

We had a quick stay for a soccer tournament and were not disappointed. Although the Phoenix VII is a little older, this unit is updated and modern. The condo was very spacious and clean. I was impressed with the scent that greeted us each time we entered. My family makes this trip 3-4 times a year, and these were the most comfortable beds we have had. The only negative was the parking fee. This was of no control of the owner because it is set by the complex, but the cost is 55 per car. I say that for awareness. The owners were great communicators and wanted to ensure we were happy!

Perfect Stay

This condo was exactly as described and the perfect place for my short stay. It was newly remodeled, clean, comfortable furnishings, and is close to some many local restaurants, bars, etc. The communication from the owner regarding my reservation was outstanding and I had no issues while there. I will definitely keep this condo I mind for future trips.

Fun get away

The condo was beautiful! The location was really good, and the building was very well-maintained. There were lots of luggage carts readily available—seems like a minor thing until you have to haul tons of luggage, so was a nice amenity.

Amazing Rental!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo at Orange Beach. The condo was clean and very comfortable for our family. It was minutes away from the beach, which is where we spent most of our time. The owners were very easy to work with. We had no trouble what so ever and were able to relax. We would definitely recommend this condo to any family wanting to visit the beach!

Fantastic condo!

This condo was the perfect vacation spot. Beautiful condo with fantastic views. The rooms were spacious with outstanding bedding. The master bed is probably the comfiest mattress I’ve slept on in a hotel/condo. The kitchen is complete with all the pots/pans and utensils you need for your meals. The balcony was beautiful views of the gulf and pool. Easy access to the beach which is always great when hauling beach stuff. Our family didn’t want to leave and we would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a great time at this condo the view is amazing and there is such a nice breeze on the balcony . We spent so much time on the balcony just listening to the waves . It was so clean and we had everything we needed there and more. I would definitely recommend staying here you are so close to the beach very easy access . Close proximity to local restaurants and entertainment . You will not regret staying here !!!

Very nice condo in Orange Beach. Condo is very clean and well taken care of. Location and View is great. Supplied with extra linens was a nice touch. Host was prompt to respond to questions and easy to work with. We would stay again.
