Private beach, private deeded beach access, private neighborhood

Soak up the sun in this 2bed/2.5 bath each chic Cottage that sleeps 8. This house is located in the exclusive Village of Tannin on the shores of Orange Beach, AL. Fill your days with sand, the sounds of waves, sun, and tons of nearby shops and attractions. Enjoy unbeatable PRIVACY, PLUS all the amenities a beach vacation should include.
The house includes a King Bed with ensuite bathroom, 2 Full Beds also with en suite bathroom, a Full Size Sofa Bed and half bath downstairs.


The house includes a community pool right outside of your patio as well as a second neighborhood pool. Take a 1-2 minute walk to the beach down the Private Deeded Beach Access road as it opens up to the Village’s Private Beach Area.

The 2nd community pool down the neighborhood street is accessible with a code. Please ask owner for code upon arrival if desired.

This house has everything you could need for the beach and more to sleep 8 guests comfortably. We keep the house stocked with beach necessities like a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach toys. You will need to bring your own beach towels. All you need to do is pack up, show up, and relax…and maybe pack a sandwich or two.

Additional features include a stocked kitchen, with a Regular coffee pot, toaster, blender, kettle, and full set of pots, pans, and dishes/cups/silverware.
High speed wifi is available throughout and there is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Rinse off from a long day at the beach at the house's private outdoor shower.

Sit on the porch overlooking the pool with refreshments while watching the kids play in the water. Plus...you never know when the Blue Angels may fly over.

Enjoy a ride around the Village or into the Hugh Brandon Country trail on beach bikes.

Enjoy the beautiful private beach access solely for Tannin's members & guests on the shores of Orange Beach or take a walk down the private boardwalk into Gulf State Park and walk or bike the dune trails, take in the sights and sounds of the park, and even fish in the nearby waters.

If you are looking to take a day off from the sun and sand, fill your day with attractions just minutes away, such as the famous Florabama, The Wharf, or bring the kids to Adventure Island or OWA Park.

This place was perfect for our first family vacation. It was incredibly clean which I appreciated so much. The house had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was so close to the beach and restaurants, ice cream, etc. we will most definitely be staying here again. We loved the quiet neighborhood and took so many walks throughout the day.

We had a great stay. This little section of Tannin Village was a super easy walk to the beach with a pedestrian walkway to stop traffic as you cross the street. House was comfy.

The house was very clean. Location to the beach was perfect for walking and using the golf cart. We loved the bike rental place in front of the neighborhood, as well as the ice cream and bagel shop. Disappointed the larger second neighborhood pool wasn't open while we were there, but the pool located just in front of the house was so nice and clean.

This beach house was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still quiet and relaxing. Great Vacation Stay!

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach. We chose to use the golf cart for an extra fee which made it even more convenient to bring all of our stuff to and from the beach. Super easy access to the pool as well. There was a basket of random toys in the living room which our 3 year old loved! Beds were comfortable and additional fans were provided in each bedroom which helped with the temperature upstairs. Owner was very communicative! We would stay here again should we come back to Orange Beach.

Wonderful for our family

We had a great time! The ability to walk or use the golf cart to the ocean made it fantastic! The pool in front of the place was an awesome bonus- when I was tired of the water we could still keep an eye on the older kids in the pool. The home was very clean! It had everything it said it did, but for those traveling by plane to visit you should note it did not have extras. Sometimes places have beach towels, laundry soap, shampoo, etc, this did not. There were two dish washer pods, during our stay of 4 nights with 5 people using dishes, we ended up hand washing so I wouldn’t have to buy dish soap. Traveling with those liquids on a plane is tough, but I do wish I had planned ahead and packed a few other essentials. We ended up buying beach towels, not a problem but it’s worth noting when you are flying. The home was truly beautiful- so so clean and our family of 5 ( youngest is 12) had enough space. There is so much to do nearby, but the use of the golf cart to the beach kept us going back and forth to the water most of the time. Communication with Faith was super easy- she was really responsive, helpful and kind. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!!
The pool in front was a great bonus!

Nice getaway!

Beautiful cottage in quiet neighborhood. Our cottage was next to a small community pool. Short distance from the beach & everything needed for the beach was provided from toys to chairs to an umbrella. Outdoor shower was a plus. Cottage was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Communication with property manager was quick and friendly. Only suggestion we have is to add room darkening curtains to bedrooms as it was quite bright in the mornings and at night with outdoor lights.

Very nice location it was only about a five Minute stroll to the ocean. The house was beautiful. The only suggestions that I would have would be to provide an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and complementary sample shampoo and conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. I’ve never rented where there wasn’t a welcome basket of some kind with the hotel like shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. The owners were very responsive. It is a very nice community and the pools were clean. I recommend staying at this location. Enjoy!

Perfect Location

The house was a perfect size for the 4 of us. The location was convenient for all of our activities, dining and needs. There was a snafu when we first checked in. I immediately contacted the host and the problem was solved expeditiously. The host also provided a credit for the first nights stay and dinner. We appreciated that she went above and beyond what was necessary. We will definitely consider the same location for another time.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay

All I can say is love, love, love. We will definitely be coming back. Not only is the location and area perfect and so peaceful, it’s also so close to the beach! The house is so cute and very clean! Also such an easy process. I stayed with my family and 18 month old toddler. I rented back equipment from Baby Quip and property manager was so easy to work with about letting them come in and drop off the equipment before our arrival. Communication and booking process was easy and reliable. Thank you again!
