The Bama
A great place, great location and views are incredible. A little odd with only 1 toilet paper per bathroom, no shampoo or body wash in the master, 1 trash bag and a little item, no salt n pepper or any spices. For a longer stay that’s a bit tough. But a good place and we love the area.

This is a beautiful condo, but I would never stay there again until I was assured the owner had replaced the mattress in the master bedroom. It was impossible to sleep on it. My husband and I had to sleep in the second bedroom on two double beds. Also, there needs to be a step ladder to reach the upper kitchen cabinets. We used dining chairs which was very dangerous for us. We stayed a month so a decent bed was very important to us.
The condo was very nice with a great view of Old River. There was a wonderful heated pool and sauna on the property. Plus, the jetted tub in the master bathroom was wonderful.

My kinds were in love and requested we come back every year
A fun time was had by all. My older kids have requested we come back and stay in this exact location every year. Space was very clean, customer service was prompt and friendly. We had an amazing few days at Orange Beach and can’t wait to return for a full week next year

Great Get Away
Our family had a great time at this condo. It is in a great location that has all the amenities that you need to enjoy a great stay. The Check In staff at the condo are just there to get you a parking pass. They didn’t really care to answer questions about the area or condo. Not a big deal and may have just caught them on a bad day. Condo is great for those wanting a quiet stay. And if you need to party a little florabama is a short walk away. Overall an excellent stay and would certainly book this place again.

Great Vacation with very few issues!
The only issues we had was the condo could have been cleaner. It was not to my wife’s satisfaction. The Master Bedroom bed was hard as a rock. Really needs a topper or a new mattress.
Side note parking at the condo is very expensive $50 per vehicle and it would be nice if they had guest parking/overflow parking/trailer parking across the street on the vacant lot.

The facility is spectacular, but our room was a little disappointing.
This unit is in desperate need of new furniture! The dining room bench broke when my friend sat on it (broke her coccyx) the beds are terribly uncomfortable and so are the pillows.

Great Views & Easy Beach Access
The balcony is oriented so that one can see the gulf (sunsets) and the waterways surrounding Ono Island. The views were awesome. We hope to go back again when it is warmer so we can enjoy the outdoor pools. The beach was easy to get to across the street. The stoplight at Flora-Bama helps to break up the traffic. The condo was very elegant for a rental. We had a great time.
