You may park 2 vehicles. Parking passes must be purchased online, and you will receive an email from VRP Access with a link to your parking pass. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowners' Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on the property.

All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
