“The front desk Clerks was so friendly when we checked in and all the staff was out standing. The only thing I didn't like is the hot spa was full of children but that wasn't the Hotel doing. So I can't blame them for that.”

“The price was affordable so long as you book during a week day, if you book during the weekend you’re going to be paying way more than the you should considering the quality of this hotel. That said, the bed and linens (towels) were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly professional and helpful. “The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay.”
