Mr. Barber, we thank you for the review. There was a major storm that knocked out power to a number of businesses and homes. Unfortunately, we do not control mother nature.

Ms. Douga, our staff and room facilities aren't equipped or trained to assist in the type of medical mishaps your husband needed. All request during your stay were met. However, there are some issues that are out of the staffs hands. We hope you have a blessed day.

Please go to Fees and Policies where it has been posted for the last 3 years. As you were trying to check in before noon, yes an early check in fee will be charged. During your 5 night stay with us we do not have any records of housekeeping request or complaints. You did have a dog in your room which did not allow housekeeping services unless requested. According to our records you refused service every day. Mentioning of any issues during your stay would have allowed our staff to rectify any problems fixing the outcome of your accommodations.
