Unfortunately most hotels have changed policy and the beds are made starting the third day of your stay and every other day after that. The beds are always made with clean sheets after the guest has checked out.

The extra charges were holds on your card due the being a no call, no show the 1st night of reservation. When you arrived the second day the holds were removed, however they take up to 7 days to clear out and in your case it was only a couple of days. I'm sorry again for the situation.
