Very comfortable, nice home
Overall a great home in Anaheim, with plenty of beds (3 bedrooms, one master with queen/king, two others with bunks with a large lower bunk, one small master bath with small shower, another larger bathroom with larger tub/shower between the two bunk bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry area, rear covered patio and yard. Good for families, and in a pleasant area near Disneyland. Mostly quiet, just a little vehicle noise along Lewis St. at night. Mostly clean, except floor did turn the bottom of our slippers black. Kitchen nicely organized and well supplied except pots/pans are worn and no dish towel (we used a bath towel and paper towels). Beds are firm, seemed like memory foam, lots of different pillows to choose from.

Family get away to Disney
A lovely retreat after a lot of exploring around Disney and a road trip down from the Bay Area. Very close to the Disneyland resort and other amenities and felt like a home away from home. Lovely place to stay.

Beautiful House - Excellent Location!
We cannot say enough good things about this home. Excellent location - near the parks, groceries, and everything else you might want. The house was clean and useful. Fully stocked. Communication with owners was excellent. Highly recommend this location. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Perfect Location!
We come here for a conference at the Convention Center and it is a great location! It was a nice walk every morning and evening. The hosts are so kind and the property is always clean. This was our second time staying at this location. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay at whether it is for an event at the Convention Center or for Disney. Thank you again for everything!

Another wonderful stay!
We stayed here in Nov 2022 and returned this year. So easy to get to Disneyland (by car, about 10 min to the Mickey & Friends/Pixar Pals lot). Large comfortable bedrooms and a nice garden too. Loved it and hope to be back again next year!

First overseas stay
It was our first overseas trip with 6 children. This process was simple, affordable, hassle free & definitely something i would definitely highly recommend. This place was worth it's weight in gold woth it's close proximity to supermarkets, chemists, clinics, shops & Disneyland. 10/10 for this stay!

Disneyland Trio
Very nice property for our family of 5. Conveniently located within 5 minutes of Disneyland property. Also within 30 minutes of the beach or mountains. Quick 15 minute drive from John Wayne airport. No complaints about our stay. The owner was very communicative. Probably one of the most accurately described home we’ve stayed in with up to date photos. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Clean
The entire stay was amazing. The house was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were incredible! A group of friends and I stayed for a week. The home was pretty private. The outside was beautiful and the inside as well. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and were extremely kind. We are already planning a trip back to OC and will be looking to come back and stay here. Thank you for everything!

Perfect.....very happy with our stay.
Cute and cozy and met all of our needs. Good neighborhood and great vicinity to all of our outings. The infant accessories (stroller, highchair, and porta crib) were perfect! Wish there were a few more washcloths but overall 💯 happy. Will book here again if we return to the area!!

We enjoyed our stay and it was clean and comfortable. The house is on a large thoroughfare but it wasn’t loud and there is a really nice back yard to hang out in. It would Have been nice to have coffee and tea for guests but otherwise I would recommend it.

We thought this was a nice and clean house. Having a fenced in yard was really nice. The only issue we had was a couple of nails sticking up on the floor. But other then that it was very nice.

Great house in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is modern and comfortable. The bedrooms are good sized and there is plenty of living area to relax and watch TV or play a game. The dining and kitchen areas were stocked and clean. There is ample off-street parking. The backyard and deck are divine and offered us a lovely spot to rest and enjoy the warm California sun. The location was ideal - VERY close to everything (including Disney) yet just enough out of the fray to not feel jostled and stressed. I definitely recommend this property for your next visit to Disney or the general area!

Wonderful ranch house convenient for Disneyland!
We stayed for 9 nights at this property for trips to Disneyland and Legoland. It was just as advertised and a short 10 min drive to the Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals parking lots and just a bit longer drive to/from SNA (I would recommend that airport over LAX if at all possible for future guests). Grocery shopping was extremely convenient (Vons just a few min away by car) and the neighbourhood seemed safe - never had any issues or noticed anything in particular. We had minor questions for the owners and they were always prompt with their replies. The only remark was the cleaner was still there after check-in time (4 PM) and didn't leave till about 4:45 PM. While I feel I have to mention this (and that she probably was rushing so much I don't think she mopped down the floors that well - still dusty), I can't lay too much blame since we understood from her and the owners that the previous guests had left the place in a terrible mess. Overall, loved the place, lots of space to spread out in and a great location. Looking forward to return in 2023!

UCI Medicine Surgery Recovery Retreat
I recently had brain surgery at UCI Medical Center in Orange and am so thankful I found the Cozy OC Retreat house for an extended stay post-surgery. The house was very clean and comfortable. I was able to walk to the outlet mall/Starbucks/restaurants,etc and even walked to my follow up appointments at UCI! The hosts were so sweet and accommodating during the entire process. Quick to respond to any questions I had. The yard is beautiful and relaxing. I spent a lot of time sitting on the back patio! Side note: I could definitely see myself coming back with my family for a Disneyland trip!

The house was very cozy but it could have be sprayed now before there were lots of spiders outside the house. We went out for the day and came back the kitchen was infested with ants. When we arrived noticed all the dumpsters full of trash. It smelled really bad in the drive way.

Hi Jessica, Thank you for staying with us and reviewing our home. Trash day is on Mondays and unfortunately, the guests before you stayed awhile and checked out only two days before you checked in. We were unable to dispose of the trash until Monday, the day after you checked out. It was unfortunate that your stay occurred before trash day and after a big group. We have a contract with a pesticide company to come out and spray our home quarterly and he was in fact, there to spray on Tuesday of the week you checked in. We will look into a different company if what you are reporting sounds as though the sprays have not been effective. We hope you consider us again in the future as what you’ve experienced is not the norm for us or we would not be eligible for Super Host titles in another platform! Thank you again for letting us host your stay. Stay safe and healthy!

Cozy, cute and comfortable!
We had a great stay at this darling home during our work retreat and Disneyland trip! The property is super cute, clean, and comfortable! The backyard was very well cared for, and provided a perfect spot for us to unwind on our first night in town. The bed seriously was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in - and that's coming from a 35 year old woman who climbed up to the top bunk. Brian provided excellent service by responding to my few questions promptly and with courtesy. We had a small technical issue with the digital keypad as we left one evening, but Brian was super quick to respond and put us at ease. He came to the house right away to get things situated, and communicated the status updates along the way. We'll gladly stay here again on future trips to Anaheim!
