Did not have the airport shuttle in my package. The taxi for 3 people was $30 one way. Be careful when selecting AI packages. I accidentally chose signature, which did not allow us to have even a drink at the other resorts. And our wristband could not access the bathrooms there either. Although we were allowed to use the other facilities beaches and pools. Did not work out so good without a drink or bathroom.

Restaurants are GREAT! All inclusive package absolutely worth it. Housekeeping could definitely be improved, rooms were not cleaned well, floors were very dirty. Beach is beautiful, most of the staff was friendly. Golf Shuttles are convenient but sometimes took a while even though they weren't busy.

Our stay was not the best experience. There is no available seats at the pool or beach, people ‘claim’ them at 6:00 am and do not return for 6 hours or more. Leaving anyone getting up after 6:00 am out of luck to enjoy beach or pool. Our room had a severe leak and was musty smelling. Do not go for the all inclusive unless day drinking is your jam. The divi dutch village is on the worst stretch of beach but you can get a chair so sharing in that resorts amenities was not great. The food is just okay we ate out most nights off the resort. We ended up at eagle beach most days paying 40$ for chairs and umbrella but we could at least enjoy the beach without getting burned to a crisp. The resort staff does nothing to prevent claim staking. There is no nightlife included in the all inclusive and our experience at a sister resort was not great. The process for paying for drinks was not explained and trying to do so brings suspicion. I finally got a gift card to pay for the drinks at the front desk but the bartender was not thrilled with me as an outsider and literally threw my drink at me. It ended up 1/2 on me and 1/2 on the floor. I am sure it was not his intention to do that but he made it quite clear he was not happy to serve me. At the end of the day it was all first world problems but Divi is not on my list for future visits.

The villas were very nice and included a small stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook for yourself. The restaurant and buffet foods were very good. Staff was attentive and pleasant.

Overall good experience. There was a day during our stay where the water was not working. This was wide spread throughout the property. The onsite casino staff are not friendly. Casino Management is rude and not welcoming. Shuttles are an excellent way to get around the property.

Our room was moist, musty, and humid. We had to ask to have the mattress changed and the bed fixed because it squeaked terribly! The staff was kind. Food was good. We met wonderful people. My biggest suggestion is make sure your room is worth what you paid for it. I felt like the room quality was that of a 2-3 star hotel

Room 2225 needsthe dishwasher replaced. The door doesn’t close properly and it beeps all night. We had to close the door to the bedroom because of this. The fan lights and ceiling fan will turn on randomly. At first I thought we were being haunted but I think it’s because the remote from the room above us would control our fan too. The rooms were dated but they were clean. The staff in certain areas weren’t very attentive but I guess it’s island time. You couldn’t see the beach from our room but it’s right across the street from the resort. One of the best places to nap was above Coffee corner, there’s a balcony up there. The pools were adequate. The only complaint is there isn’t much to do on the resort after dinner. We had the all inclusive package which was nice but the restaurants all seemed to have the same type of food. Even though some things were slightly different, the flavors were the same. They need an Asian restaurant. I actually think their portions are too big. They should probably lower the price and lessen the portions. There just too much wasted food.

Lovely resort beautiful pools! The room was well layed out, however had the smell of moldy laundry. The food and restaurants were lovely at all times. Please avoid the concierge service. The woman with who we tried to book an excursion with at the concierge was very intent on upselling us to “her favorite” excursion, refusing to answer direct questions and instead, redirecting our attention to her preferences, taking at least 45 Minutes to show us pics on her phone, even after us saying no countless times. Finally, all we wanted was to order a cab to see the palm beach area and she gave us a hard time about that, telling us it was “closed” ( it was not) saying she alone needed to call the cab, we could not, and when I finally let her know I was getting aggravated 45 minutes later, she told me to calm down. I went ahead and booked our dolphin catamaran through the expedia app Myself, and had a WONDERFUL TIME! Our cab driver gave us his direct number and we used him countless times and he was lovely. Avoid the concierge at this resort as I believe they might be commission based, rather than guest services. Otherwise, a lovely stay at this resort, we would definitely stay again.

Overall it was a nice place to stay for our first Aruba trip. The food and drinks were great. We did not upgrade to the Mega all inclusive package and still found great food to eat each meal. Access to the beach was very convenient and the staff was very friendly. Upon check in, the shampoo, body wash and handsoap were empty in both our bathrooms and the toilet was not working in the main bathroom. After 2 days and 4 phone calls to front desk the soap, bodywash and shampoo was refilled. The toilet was never fixed. There was also not very good water pressure in the shower making it difficult to wash my hair. The grounds were well kept and we always had a cold drink in our hand. Aside from the smaller issues we still had a great time!

Booking info was not what was included once at the resort. Not truly all-inclusive--three restaurants to choose from. We had to hike to get to the beach so "beach access" seems like a vague if not misleading description. And the bartenders completely ignored us. Room was nice, spacious. Too far to walk from room to pool, beach, restaurants, etc.

We love Divi Beach & Golf and have been traveling there for the last 7 years. We especially like the amenities in the room (washing machine & dryer) Pros: staff was great! Saw some familiar faces! They were very accommodating! The restaurants and food were spectacular! Windows is a top notch restaurant with food and service! Cons: Disappointed in a few things: unaware that the all inclusive had changed (when we arrived to check in) and ONLY the restaurants at Divi B&G were included (previously had access to restaurants at Tamarijn and Divi Divi), the room was very musty and had a smell to it, the Sea Breeze could use more bartenders to support the amount of guests and we literally had to get up at 5-6am to secure chaise lounges at ALL of the pools bc guests will leave their towels on chaise lounges all day but never sit in them and there were never any if we got to the pool too late. Shout out to Suzanne at Mulligans and Mario at Windows for their hospitality and service!
