PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The amazing Island View One-bedroom condo is the largest one-bedroom unit in this resort complex, ideally located just 150 yards from Eagle Beach, one of Aruba's most renowned destinations. Eagle Beach was ranked #1 in the Caribbean, #3 in the world, and #2 in TripAdvisor's 25th Anniversary Awards in the 2025 Travelers' Choice Best of the Best Awards. You will be drawn to its wide stretch of white sand, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and unforgettable sunsets.

This modern condo, combined with relaxed coastal charm, features light interiors and soothing island tones and offers full access to all amenities at the prestigious Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condo Resort. The living area opens to a private balcony with a BBQ grill, ideal for enjoying Aruba's weather and tranquil island views. The living room features a TV, a queen-size sofa bed, an additional chair, a desk with chair, a 4-seat round dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with 4 bar stools. The kitchen includes all standard appliances, such as a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave, blender, and toaster, along with an additional electric water kettle and panini press grill.

For the coffee enthusiasts, this condo includes:
- Standard drip coffee maker
- Nespresso machine (bring your own capsules)
- Keurig coffee maker (bring your own K-Cups)
- Stovetop espresso maker.

The bedroom includes a king-size bed, TV, and built-in closets. A full bathroom with shower and an in-unit washer and dryer are also provided.

This condo rental offers approximately 1,050 sq. ft. of living space. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi, a code-lock safe, free parking, central air conditioning, two cable TVs (bedroom and living room), beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed and is located in the Racquet Building on the third floor.

Note: New stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave exhaust combination installed in September 2024. The condo was updated in 2025 with refreshed decor, new furniture pieces, and custom-built closets in the bedroom.

Broken elevator

We were not warned about the broken elevator. Taking 3 little children up and down multiple times per day up to the 3rd floor was a huge inconvenience. Rental management company (Prestige) in charge of this listing and unit absolutely failed in their responsibilities in providing accurate description of the unit and a warning ahead of time as they were fully aware of the situation. Would not rent from them again.
