The Space:

Within this upstairs sanctuary, three distinctive bedrooms offer tranquil retreats. The main bedroom welcomes you with a sumptuous king bed, a smart TV for cozy movie nights, a private balcony shady with breezes, and an attached ensuite that completes the serene escape. The second and third bedrooms each feature queen-size trundle beds with a full size roll under bed, perfect for families with extra sleepers, each with its own smart TV, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom, providing comfort, flexibility, and privacy all at once.



Descending to the ground level, you’ll uncover four private apartments, each offering a restful queen bed, compact kitchenette, and smart TV. Ideal for extended families or friend groups who want autonomy without sacrificing togetherness, these suites offer thoughtful separation while keeping everyone close at hand. Extra sleeping options include sleeper loveseats in each apartment that open into beds. Laundry is made easy with a washing machine on the second floor, plus an additional washer and dryer in the exterior bathroom/laundry area.



Beyond the doors lies an entertainment playground: a sprawling pool area shaded by palapas, lined with sun loungers, and framed by cozy shaded seating. A covered outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ awaits evenings filled with grilling and laughter, while two alfresco dining tables beckon for long, festive meals under the sky. Outdoor fun is amplified with 12 beach chairs, a cornhole set, and a giant Jenga game. The Neighborhood:

Ponton is a residential area of Oranjestad, between the capital and Eagle Beach.

Getting Around:

Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) is about 10–12 minutes by car. Taxis wait outside arrivals, and car rental desks are at the airport. A rental car is recommended; Arubus buses connect Oranjestad with Eagle Beach and Palm Beach.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (12), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
