Nice, but….

Most important-the pool was nothing like the picture. The water was filthy and green. There was no filter running. I questioned the host asking if it needed to be turned. While I could see my text was read by the host I never received a reply. It was pretty bad and I only went in once. The AC in one of the bedrooms would not turn offa d was stuck on 61 degrees. The light switch and outlets didn’t work in the master bedroom. Plus are the indoor and outdoor space. Lots of room.

Clean, convenient, comfortable and clear communication!

As described in title and also accurate listing. Owner very responsive and pleasant. We enjoyed it thoroughly! Some minor criticisms, but nothing major. Noise from the Voss highway was excessive when relaxing outside and by the pool. Had all needed essentials, except for washer, dryer and grill. We really appreciate the comfort and incident free vacation ‘home’! Thanks, Lynn!!!

Great stay!

House is upscale and beautiful. Lots of room for our family of 8. Pool area was wonderful, we even shared it with a few iguanas on the property! We did have to reach out to the host for more towels and toilet paper as there simply was not enough stocked for a family of 8 for a wek. sto for

Wonderful tropical backyard oasis

This property is exactly how the pictures show it. The house was difficult to find initially, but one call and we were directed right to the house. My kids and I enjoyed the spacious rooms and appreciated being able to spread out. The backyard really feels like you're in your private tropical oasis that you share with the different reptile species and beautiful birds. The home is very close to downtown and grocery stores. The location is very central to the island, which makes going north and south about a 25-30 minute drive depending on traffic. Lynnette was very responsive when we had a plumbing inconvenience that ended up being an issue that couldn't be fixed during our stay. For the inconvenience, she arranged to have our laundry done before we left. We truly felt welcomed and Lynnette was a great host! We miss Aruba already & can't wait to return!

Pretty close to perfect

This was our 3rd stay in Aruba. This house was great for our family of 9. The outdoor space is superb. The wall of doors that open to create indoor/outdoor living, the gorgeous pool and the ample patio furniture were appreciated. My only negatives would be the road noise due to close proximity to the highway, the lack of a washer/dryer, the very little supplied toilet paper and the insufficient amount of towels/wash cloths provided for a large family (1 each)

We had a great stay at San Barbola

This was our first time to Aruba. We had a great time and stay at San Barbola. The home was very clean on arrival. The AC wasn't working in 1 bedroom, but the homeowner sent someone over to fix right away. The home is as pretty as the pictures. We had 2 families stay with 8 people total and we felt like we had a lot of room. The only thing that was disappointing was the listing said Washer available, which wasn't the case. We only travel with carryons since we knew we would be able to wash our clothes. The homeowner said the listing was a mistake and there was not a washer. However, she provided laundry pickup and delivery the same day at her cost, so we really appreciated that. The location of the home was close to a lot of beaches, restaurants. We rented a car and found it easy to get around. The neighborhood was very quiet and private.

Pure paradise

This property is a hidden gem! Tucked inside a beautiful small neighborhood with quick access to the entire island. Our stay was wonderful. From the furnishings to the outside space, Lynette had thought of everything to make our trip one of the best we have had. My family and I have stayed in many home rentals and this property is in our top five. Plenty of room for a family of 5, everyone had their own space. The main room is very open and airy with soo many windows to take in the beautifully landscaped property and pool. The outdoor space was like a second living room with couches and chairs as well as an outdoor table. And if that wasn’t enough, the pool was so inviting and well cared for, it was nice to jump into after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need to cook any size meal with a gas stove and lots of counter space. We cooked a few times during our stay and had everything we needed. If you are looking for the perfect place for your family that is quiet and relaxing, this property will check all of the boxes for a great vacation. Can’t wait for a second stay!
