âVi har haft en helt fantastisk upplevelse pĂ„ detta boende. LĂ€get Ă€r perfekt dĂ„ det Ă€r gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till allting, rummen Ă€r rymliga och mycket renliga. Amina Ă€r vĂ€ldigt hjĂ€lpsam och trevlig, vi kommer definitivt komma tillbaka. Rekommenderat starkt!â

âVery pleasant experience!
The host was very nice and gracious, very helpful and knew English well. Before I arrived they wrote to me on WhatsApp, asking when I'll arrive so they can welcome me and explain to me everything. I had trouble finding taxi and she helped me with it which was a life saver for me.
The place is very pretty, and has a very pleasant atmosphere, with a faint smell of a scented candle, optimal temperature and soft instrument music. The room was very clean and was cleaned...

âEverything was great, good service, nice people beautiful hotel and rooms, good location. Only a few things that I was not impressed about.
I oftenly want to take a drink or glas of wine in the room. In this case in this nice room there were only a couple of cheap awful looking plastic glases. I understand that its not suitable to have fragile drinkingglases in glas, but please find some nice maybe washable plastic glases. It will ikeep and increase the nice atmosphere.

âWonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. All the staff is super friendly and keen to help. The hotel or relais is beautifully decorated and everything is spotlessly clean. That is also true for the rooms which all have antique furniture. âSpent a couple of days at Borgo Grondaie and had a lovely time. Good service and the location was perfect for sightseeing in Siena while still being secluded enough to be able to enjoy the amenities and the beautiful atmosphere at Borgo Grondaie.â

âWas absolutely lovely in everyway, however if the owners raise awareness that a celebration will be going on in the square infront of the hotel until 2.00am believe them it will be VERY loud ( and later than 2.00am) and not something you can joiin in so sadly I advise to take their offer of free cancellation. âRoom was spacious and in good condition. However there where no curtains that stopped the daylight from coming in to the room at 5.30 am. This + the very trafficked road outside prevented us from a good nights sleep. Bring a sleeping mask! Otherwise good valueâ

âWhat an amazing place, we had a great stay here but unfortunately too short. The room was great, the staff were really kind and helpful. Food, both dinner and breakfast was great.
Overall the place was amazing, quiet and charming. The tennis court was also an extra plus. Really close to the amazing City of Siena.â
