“Very dusty room”

“The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor.”

“Flies buzzing around the 1st room they assigned me to. Front counter rolled his eyes when I asked for a new room. Very quiet for a Saturday night though.”

“I arrived and was told there was an extra $30 per day for my dog the website says dogs are free and the place looked awful. Broken vehicles in the lot etc. The manager told me if I chose not to stay he wouldn’t charge me and understood. Then I was charged the full amount for all 3 days!”

“Not a lot of parking. We had to park on the street the second night of our stay. The area is busy and there were a lot of homeless people in and out of the parking lot. I saw one man attempt to crawl of the fence. There were no cameras directed towards vehicles. The hotel is due for some updates, but comfortable and clean. Other than the parking the rest of our stay was enjoyable.”

“I was not impressed with this Hotel. We stayed for 5 days and the stairs were never vacuumed the entire time we were there and other areas were not vacuumed. Garbage cans were overflowing! The hotel gave false advertisement when they said they had a hot tub. There wasn’t one. The pool area was very dirty and the bathroom in the pool area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It was not sanitary! The breakfast was ok but it was the same breakfast every morning. It also...

“Be aware that the property has rules that after 8 years working in an hotel and never hearing something as such, rules like no guests after 9pm and any guest must check in prior and show ID are enforced. I felt as if in a drug treatment center that I've paid $85 a night for as I was unaware of this fact and had one person come over one night out of the six I stayed, went to pay the $10 extra occupancy fee in the morning and was told that I broke the rules.
