Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home near UVU & BYU. Quick freeway access, steps away from the most exquisite park in Orem. Very comfortable beds! Pet friendly yard with backyard garage doggie door. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating for your family. Gas fire-pit and cushy seating, stocked marshmallow roasters & propane.

Guests rave the home layout is perfect for multi generational families. One group can sleep in peace upstairs while another group can chat til late downstairs. Outside the yard is perfect for kids & pets to run and swing on the giant tree swing.

We were in town for a hockey tournament and the house was perfect! Homey, cozy, clean. The backyard was perfect for the boys to get some fresh air and clear their minds before and after games. Loved the added touch of the delicious bread!!! Highly recommend!

From booking to check in the communication was great. The house was perfect for a last minute trip my whole family was taking and needed a place to stay. From the rooms being set up perfectly for families to the backyard with the playground and fire pit, to the kitchen stocked with anything you’d need, it was great. House was clean and really was just the perfect place to stay and felt like a home away from home. Definitely recommend this house!

Great Spot

We held a book club retreat here for 15 adult women. The location was great. Owners were very communicative and helpful. Property was clean and we loved how many different beds so we didn't have to share. Fresh bread was so nice! We absolutely loved the easy checkout process. I dont want to have to strip beds or start a bunch of laundry when I'm trying to pack up, and we loved the simple instructions. The only issue we had was very minor. One of the ladies in pur group has pretty severe allergy to pets. We were spending time in the basement and her eyes started to swell and her nose stuffed up. She seemed to not have the issue upstairs, so she just stayed up there for the duration. So if you are sensitive to pets, it may possibly be an issue for you as well. That being said we did not smell any pets or find pet hair, so it wasnt a cleanliness issue. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect home

This house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Lise was amazingly responsive and helpful. My teens and young adults loved the cold basement and the backyard. The beds were very comfortable and the home had the perfect amount of space for visiting. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of eating space. We were very happy to discover that the house has 3 bathrooms not 2 as the listing states. Thank you for the bread and the use of your home!!

Great Stay / Great House

This house is just as it looks in the pictures, maybe better. The backyard was a nice surprise. It had a large tree swing and a play ground that we put to good use. The number of beds in the rooms is fantastic. 4 of the 5 rooms have bed slots for 4 people, and the 5th room has 2 more - that's a total of 18 people. We had 13 and felt like we had room to spare, because we did. The TV area downstairs was great, large tv and some play toys for the kids. Everything worked great. Did not have to contact Lise 1 time because we had 0 issues. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Wonderful property!

This location was perfect for our needs. We stayed here with 4 families during the weekend of my daughter's wedding. There was lots of space inside and out for all of us to stay and visit. The backyard is amazing and bigger than the pictures show. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The nearby park was perfect for the wedding luncheon. The kitchen had lots of tools and dishes and made it easy to prepare all of the meals we made. It was very clean and well renovated. I contacted the owner several times and she was always prompt to respond and helpful! I would definitely recommend this location.

Maximized for usability

Not far off the freeway. This was a great location for our group of 15 to hold an overnight retreat. plenty of chairs and meeting space. Very clean and well cared for. The backyard space was nice with shade and usable sitting space. The teens loved the swing!

Perfect for that big group

We were helping our sons move to UVU-we had 3 different families and everyone fit comfortably. Back yard is excellent. There are multiple indoor and outdoor games. Those 20 year olds turned into little kids again with the Wii. Great location and quiet. Host was lovely - highly recommend it!

Nice cozy house in quiet neighborhood!

We stayed here for a company event in Provo. The home was just what we needed for our team! Plenty of common area to hang out in, quiet neighborhood, the host was fabulous and the homemade bread was icing on the cake! The only thing I wish there was was a door on the master bathroom.

Convenient for large group

Plenty of space for a large group. We only stayed one night after we visited Arches National Park while we traveled from Texas to British Columbia. It was a perfect spot to spend a quick night.
