Playground and Toys! Cozy Townhome for Families

Visit Utah Valley in our cozy, three bedroom townhome! Relax in front of our large 55-inch Smart TV, snuggle up with our plush comforters and pillows on our luxurious memory foam beds, and bring the kids for our little playroom with toys and playground on the back patio. We’d be delighted to host you!

—Neighborhood—
We are located in the heart of Orem, tucked into a walkable residential neighborhood within a block of groceries, restaurants, shopping, parks, and entertainment. Within 10 minutes of BYU and UVU, and 30 minutes of the best ski resorts in Utah.

—Kitchen—
We have a fully stocked kitchen including:
•Drip coffee maker with coffee grounds, tea, sweeteners, and creamers
•Refrigerator
•Oven with electric stovetop
•Microwave
•Sink and disposal
•Dishwasher
•Any kind of cookware or dishware you will need!
We also have a high chair and eating essentials for children.

•Main Bedroom - King bed, closet with hangers and shelving, blinds, black-out curtains
•Second Bedroom - Queen bed, closet with hangers and shelving, blinds, black-out curtains

Fresh sheets and plenty of soft pillows and duvets will be available!

55-inch Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Video, and any other apps you’d like with high-speed WiFi with download speeds up to 120 mbps!

—Playroom and Playground—
We have a little playroom under the stairs, finished with twinkling lights and toys alike to keep your little ones entertained for hours. There is a playground on the back patio, basketball hoop in the driveway, and grassy field with swing set across the street. Within walking distance of a few parks and playgrounds, it’s a perfect spot for kids!

—Bathrooms—
•Upstairs bathroom has a tiled shower and bathtub combo with large shower head, and single sink vanity
•Downstairs half bathroom is laundry room combo with single sink vanity
Plenty of fluffy and soft towels are available!

—Patio—
Back patio has been finished with stone, table and chairs, and playground atop rubber bark for outdoor leisure.

—Laundry—
Washer and dryer available at all times with all laundry necessities.

—Garage—
Single car garage with remote available for your use!

Our home is a townhome, with our neighbor’s townhome connected on one side. Please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors and their home.

Pressured to give 5 stars: several issues

I travel a lot and have stayed here in the USA as well as in Europe and Brazil. I have never had a host apply pressure for me to give a 5 star rating before. Mackenzie messaged me after I checked out and again 3 days later requesting a 5 star rating as well as later looking at my facebook. This is unprofessional behavior. I want to leave a very truthful review of my stay without this type of pressure. Pros: Easy check in with door code and good parking. Very clean. Kitchen had ample room to cook with utensils, spices etc. Bed linens and towels very plush. Nice area. Cons: The upstairs hallway was extremely “creaky”as well as the bedrooms. It was so loud whenever someone walked to the bathroom that it was impossible to get a full night’s sleep. This was compounded by the beds creaking with any motion at all. I bought sound machines to try and cover up the creaky noises. The bed in the bedroom at the end of the hall was completely uncomfortable to sleep on and could not be used. The hot water in the shower only lasts about 15 min. and must wait for it to reheat. The couch and chair are uncomfortable due to lack of firmness and wear. The home is not childproof with many books on open shelving, open electrical outlets and lack of child locks on cabinets with cleaning products. Safety issue of a loose banister to the lower level. More noise than expected from neighbors. 5am flight and checkout was chore heavy with a high cleaning fee I would not stay here again.

This place was perfect for our needs! With 3 comfortable beds, soft towels, laundry, kitchen, air conditioning, and more, it made our stay feel like home. Mackenzie was great about answering our questions. The decor was so cute and everything was so comfortable. I would definitely want to stay here in the future.

Central location

We loved the location for convenience to activities and shops in the area. Really benefited from having access to the garage for our recreational equipment. Property manager was very helpful and good with the communication. Kitchen was well stocked.

Lovely, convenient toddler friendly (but not toddler proof) townhome

This was an excellent place for me, my mom, and my 2 year old to stay while we visited the Provo/Orem area. The townhome itself is conveniently located. It is clean, quiet, aesthetically pleasing, and contains very practical items especially in the kitchen. The host is friendly, accommodating, and easy to contact. There was an issue with the WiFi but she was very available by text to help with successfully trouble shooting. It was so convenient to have a high chair, kid dishes, baby gate, and the cutest little playroom under the stairs complete with appealing toys for any age or gender. The thermostat was easy to use and kept the townhome very comfortable. There were fans in the bedroom closets. We were excited about the little playground in the back, but it was open to the neighbors’ yard and there were several cement stairs from the back door up to the back yard. It wasn’t a place my 2 year old could play for those reasons but would have been fine for a kid just a bit older. I do wish that it had been a little more toddler proof. The shelves of books and decorations around the TV were irresistible to my toddler with no way to block it off. Also the child safety latches in the kitchen only had one or two that worked properly, and the one under the kitchen sink where the cleaning supplies were didn’t work at all. The checkout process was a little chore-heavy especially considering the cleaning fee. However, I would absolutely stay here again quite happily. Highly recommend.
