Hotell nära Oriental Fisherman's Wharf

“The staff at the hotel were amazing. Proactive, service minded and super friendly. We arrived late and the receptionist Jennifer was so helpful and friendly arranged late check out. The staff at the lobby was also friendly. So staff and service top notch. But the hotel was old, alot of wear and tear, almost feeling that a renovation is needed to maintain the standard. But the staff did the best with the ”product” they had.”

“Out of date in general.”

“Wow vilket hotell!!

“The breakfast buffet was fantastic, but the setup for lunch or dinner was extremely limited, with only a few items on the menu. The lady at the pastry counter seemed to be the only staff member there. I walked around outside for a while but could find no alternative restaurants. The prices for having your laundry done were exorbitant to say the least. The upside was that I found a place nearby that was way more reasonable.”

“We booked the elite 4 bedroom apartment, as there was 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids each needing space to wind down, originally we were allocated an apartment with only three bedrooms, after letting them know they fixed quite quickly and we were in the correct place by that afternoon, the second location was great, communication was good throughout, Two main issues were it seemed like absolutely no noise was tolerated past 9:30pm, which as a tourist stay doesn’t make a lot of sense, on the first...

“Conveniently set in the center of Shanghai, Wow in center of Shanghai Town provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge and free WiFi. Cheap place and safe, save my money. Close to the Metro and easy to go at the Airport by metro; 13$ a night, I save a lot. The staff is very kind and gentle treatment!”
