“We were very pleased with the property. We brought our 25’ center console and was able to maneuver it and park at the dock. Water depth at the dock is around 3-4’ depending on which way the wind is blowing. The water depth varied between 4-5” in the 3 days we were there but was still plenty for the boat. “Nicely decorated single bed cabin. Only issue was had to call maintenence to light gas logs in fireplace. Also community gas grill not functional. Ended up eating 2 delicious dinners at the marina restaurant just 300 feet away.the 2 nights there. The whole community was picturesque.”
