There is a communal swimming pool within 30 seconds of your front door. The pool is accessed by fob and only open to residents and guests.
The house itself also offers many private outside areas - 2 downstairs garden/patio areas, balcony off the master bedroom and roof solarium. Soak up the sun, relax in the shade, dine and BBQ - whatever you wish!


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Washing machine.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.


There are 2 bathrooms, both tastefully decorated - one on the ground floor and one upstairs.
The upstairs bathroom is contemporary with a very large walk-in shower, toilet and sink
The downtairs shower room is also modern and has a walk in shower, toilet and sink.


Linen, towels, hair dryers and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am - this can be flexible
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property


The communal pool is within 30 seconds of the house with the beach being only 15 minutes walk away. Many bars and restaraunts within 10 minutes walk at La Zenia or the famous Cabo Roig strip is easily reached within a 20 minute walk. The Zenia Boulevard (the largest shopping mall in the Alicante Province) is approx 20 minute walk also.
This area has so much to offer all types of travellers - friends, families, couples, golfers. There is something for everyone!
