En riktig pärla !
Ett boende med all tänkbar lyx, vi saknade inget. Bekväma soffgrupper utomhus. Trevligt poolområde. Närhet till en fantastisk galleria med restauranger m.m. Endast 10 minuter till beachen. Vi kommer absolut återkomma till denna pärla ! Kan verkligen rekommendera ett boende i denna lägenhet !!!

This apartment was perfect all the mod cons , beautiful kept , clean, loved the beds was just like being at home, the owners couldn't do enough for us, we will be back, shopping centre on the door step and pubs and restaurant a short walk , was so impressed pool was beautiful can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay

En sann pärla i La Zenia
Snälla missa inte denna härliga våning i La Zenia om ni funderar på en vistelse i Costa Blanca! Allt man kan tänkas behöva finns i denna urfina och välutrustade juvel. En underbar månad och ett fantastiskt värdpar Irina o Johan. Fräscht, rent och smakfull inredning. Läget är perfekt med all shoppning på La Zenia Boulevard och en mängd restauranger en trappa upp. Vi ger våningen 5 stjärnor utan att blinka och reser så gärna dit igen. Tack kära värdpar! Bästa boendet med det perfekta läget
Det är bara att gratulera er som väljer detta boendet. En fantastisk lägenhet med ett underbart poolområde och mellanbalkongen är en underbar plats både morgon och kväll. Närhet till Zenia Boulevard är perfekt, bara att gå 100 m när du kvällstid vill gå ut och äta och dricka eller varför inte shoppa en stund. Det är öppet till kl 23:00. För dig som gillar marknader finns lördagsmarknaden i Playa Flamenca ca 5 min gångväg i från lägenheten. Man kan gå till stranden men vill man ha med sig solstolar och parasoll då är det bil som gäller. Lätt med parkering på gatan utanför lägenheten. Detta är en lägenhet som lämpar sig att hyra en längre tid då den är så pass bra utrustad så du kan laga mat själv, tvätta och ha ett fungerande vardagsliv. Det enda vi saknade var en uppsättning nycklar till. Vi hade 3 fantastiska veckor som gick alldeles för fort.

Super apartment near Zenia Boulevard
The apartment is ideally located really in walking distance from the enormous shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard. The apartment is very modern, equipped with everything needed, including washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Smart TV, wifi etc etc etc. A very large rooftop terrace is also included. The Oasis Beach project is ultra modern, with nice pools to the quite inside of the project. Ample parking-spaces are available. You can walk to the beach of la Zenia and Torrevieja is also a very nice place to visit. We had wonderful 3 weeks there, will for sure return !

Ljus och trevlig lägenhet med bra bekvämligheter som vi mycket väl skulle kunna rekommendera till andra. Nära till shopping på bl.a. La Zenia Boulevard och matvaruaffärer på gångavstånd. Orihuela Costa är en fin och mysig semesterort.

Perfect
We had a great stay at this apartment, it is perfectly situated for shops and restaurants bus links and a short walk to the beach , the owner was very accommodating and responded so quickly to any of our queries ( Wi-Fi password ) . The apartment has everything you could possibly require for your holiday. There is a lovely large solarium with sofas and sun loungers . I will definitely be back

Entspricht nicht der Beschreibung
Die Wohnung hatten wir für 4 Erwachsene, 13 Tage gebucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets freundlich. Check in vor Ort war pünktlich aber kurz angebunden (nicht der Vermieter). Auf den ersten Blick war zu sehen, dass keine professionelle Reinigung durchgeführt wurde. Die Wohnung war eher eine teure Enttäuschung, da sie größtenteils nicht der Beschreibung entsprach. Gute Ablagemöglichkeiten waren in der ganzen Wohnung nicht vorhanden und somit für vier Personen ungenügend. Das luxuriöse, hochmoderne Appartement entpuppte sich eher als normal eingerichtete Wohnung in dem zwar alles vorhanden, die Möbel jedoch nicht , wie angegeben, von höchster Qualität waren. Die Lounge Ecke auf dem Balkon war durchgesessen und unbequem. Auf der Sonnenterrasse war die Seitenmarkise abgeschlossen und nicht nutzbar. Ein alternativer Sonnenschirm war nicht vorhanden. Die Loungeecke konnten wir daher nicht nutzen. Tagsüber zu heiß und abends zu dunkel z. B für Spieleabende. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit einem sauberen Pool, der abends beleuchtet war. Auch die Bewohner der Anlage waren freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber leider war in der Umgebung Baulärm zu hören bereits ab 4 Uhr und einem Dauerpiepen tagsüber.

My stay in Orihulea
Air con not great in main area, bedroom was good. Shower very little pressure and was only warm. Double bed very comfortable but was supplied with single duvets and covers. Layout of apartment very good with every thing you need.

Hi Tracey, saw your resume and would like to explain the following: 1) Air-cond. worked perfectly when I left before you. 2) I cannot influence the water pressure, is that the municipality lowered the pressure depending on the low water supply. 3) The cold water does not get colder due to the fact that this time of year the ground is warm where the pipes are. 4) We have single duvets and duvets because our guests have requested it, some want more and some want less warmth.

Super Unterkunft
Wir hatten das Objekt gebucht, weil wir u.a. alles Fußläufig erreichen wollten, da wir zu viert in der Unterkunft waren - somit konnte man auch mal alleine was unternehmen. Das Appartement war großzügig und sauber. Der check-In verlief reibungslos. Johan war für alle offenen Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Betten waren auch in Ordnung, nur im „Kinderzimmer“ waren die Betten zu klein von der Breite her für einen Erwachsenen. Einzige negative Punkt war u.a. Das wir leider kein deutsches Fernsehen hatten, und Netflix funktionierte auch nicht uns umzumelden, da evtl eine Sperre drin war. Wir hätten uns auch gerne gewünscht evtl. Etwas Brot/Trost und bisschen Käse im Kühlschrank gehabt zu haben, da wir sonntags angereist waren und demnach nichts zuhause hatten, außer zwei Flaschen Wasser. Der Pool wurde immer gereinigt und war immer sehr angenehm mit dem Whirlpool. Die Nachbarn die dort leben, legen viel wert auf Ruhe in der Mittagszeit, was in Spanien ja üblich ist. Kinderfreundlich ist auch alles ( spiele etc. sind vorhanden) und auch Kühlboxen für den Strand und Liegestühle. Der Strand playa Flamenca ist mit dem Auto in 8 min erreichbar und der Strand Campoamor ca. 12 min. Cartagena ist auch einen Ausflug wert, da brauch man ca 45 min hin mit dem Auto. Der Boulevard la zenia ist gegenüber von dem Appartement. Dort sind auch Bus-und Taxi Haltestellen um auch mal in die Innenstadt von Torrwvieja zu fahren. Restaurants und Bars sind auch in der umliegenden Gegend fussläufig erreichbar. In allem würden wir das Apartment wieder buchen! Beste Grüße aus Deutschland, Metin, Manuel, Leyla und Ramona

Excellent Location
Very modern, clean and well equipped penthouse, roof sun terrace was very spacious and well furnished. Pool area was lovely and clean and well kept. If you like to shop the boulevard is just 2 minutes away with lots of shops and restaurants. there is a supermarket 5 minutes walk from tha apartment. It is also within walking distance of restaurants, bars and beach. The check in / out went very smoothly. Johan the owner responded very quickly to any queries I had. We had a fantastic break and would definitely return.

Great Apartment -Shame about the Weather!
We stayed at this excellent La Zenia apartment for 4 weeks in March 2022. The apartment is located in a very well maintained development centred around a swimming pool and activities area. The apartment is very modern with just about every amenity you could ever need. The furnishings were excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The large screen TV has a wide range of channels available in multiple languages including UK channels and sports channels. The outdoor terrace and roof solarium were excellent and well equipped including a gas BBQ. Sadly the weather was very poor for 3 out of our 4 weeks so we could not make best use of this area. The apartment is perfectly located being just 800m from the nearest beach (there are several other beaches in easy walking distance) and only about 2 minutes walk from the excellent La Zenia Boulevard shopping and leisure complex. From here, bus services up and down the Costa Blanca coast were available and at least 3 golf courses were within 10 mins drive. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We'd like to return at some time with hopefully better weather!

Amazing
Fabulous apartment, very spacious and clean, great outdoors terrace and upstairs solarium. Had everything needed for a great holiday and within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, beach etc. The pool was fabulous, used to love our late afternoon swims to cool down after a lovely day at the beach or on the solarium. As it was getting hotter day by day the solarium would benefit from a moveable Parasol on a stand to make full use of the fabulous lounge set, other than that fabulous and would definitely book again. Thanks Johan.

Luxury apartment with all you need for a relaxing holiday. Furnished to a very high standard and the owner was so accommodating. Perfectly placed right next to La Zenia Boulevard, with lots of choice for food and shopping. Lots of choice Beaches within a 10 minute drive.

A great apartment with the best location
We stayed for two weeks in the beginning of june. The apartment has a great location with short distances to everything relevant, the mall, the beaches and to restaurants. Uitstekend en zeer luxe
Alles zag er erg netjes uit. Veel handdoeken ter beschikking. Geweldig buitenterras en dakterras. Zelf een vaatwasmachine, oven en wasmachine waren aanwezig. We zullen zeker vaker terugkomen. Enige kleine nadeeltje was de afstand naar het strand. Je moet zeker een taxi nemen (ca 5 euro) of een auto huren. Wel weer op ca 100 meter loopafstand een groot winkelcentrum met veel (goede) restaurant.

Wonderful and relaxing
We've had a wonderful time at Johan and Irina's place in La Zenia. The property is absolutely spotless and superbly equipped. There was nothing missing. We've enjoyed many lovely evenings on the lower and upper terraces of the property watching the pool at sunset. We loved the close proximity of the pool and the shopping centre just opposite from us. This is the perfect location if you are looking for a relaxed and secure property while having all amenities right at your door step including the beach just a short drive or 15 minute stroll away. Johan was a very attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed. We can wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional apartment.

Had a fantastic time, lovely modern apartment with everything you need to enjoy your stay, great showers, comfortable beds (firmer pillows required for my taste), great roof terrace with bbq for those evening meals when you dont want to go out ! Complex is lovely, again very modern and well maintained, pool is awesome the kids loved it ! even has a pool Jacuzzi ! Slight gripe that you're not allowed chairs or beds near the pool or on the artificial lawn, luckily we had a friend staying in a ground floor apartment so we could sit on their patio. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return should we visit the la zenia area again, definitely recommended ! Thanks for the loan Johan & Irina.

Beautifull apartment in a great complex. Close to beach and shopping mall made it great for kids.
We had a great time. Best was that all services are close and there is sufficient outside space to sit and enjoy the wheather.
