Good and bad
Positive:
1.,appartment really nice, clean, well equipped, no bugs.
2. Service from local manager Daniel and owner Stein is perfect.
3. Complex itself is also clean, nice pool and really quiet.
4. The La Zenia mall. For us the only place in the area that was actually nice to be at.
Negative:
1. Location. A car is required. There are a supermarket and a Chinese shop nearby, but otherwise nothing much. In the period we were there, there was also a heatwave, so that didn't help. The area is still being developed, so a lot of buildings under construction.
2. Wifi only worked for 50% of the time. With 3 teens that is not a good thing.
3. There was construction going on on the terrace during our stay, so in the morning you would be disturbed by workers doing their thing.
4. This is a personal thing, we just didn't like the Villamartin area, compared to for example Playa de Las America's it was a big disappointment. Restaurants in the area were avarage at best. Beaches also small and crowded.
