  • This is a brand new ground floor 3 bed, 2 shower room apartment overlooking a wonderful infinity pool and garden area, the pool has a range of sun beds and chairs all free to use, the property boasts a lovely large terrace area where you can sit and enjoy the summer and winter sun, you have everything you need in the property to enjoy your stay.

    This beautiful apartment is ground floor and has 3 spacious bedrooms as well 2 large shower rooms. On entering you have a spacious living room and dining area with an open plan modern kitchen to cater for all needs. There are 2 double bedrooms and one with two single beds, all with built-in wardrobes. The house is fully air-conditioned as well. Out side you have a very large back terrace which overlooks the stunning infinity pool. Sunloungers and a large dining table are on the terrace to enjoy the Spanish outdoor atmosphere.

    The apartment is set on a brand new urbanization and Just 1 kilometer down the road you have The La Fuente center with a range of restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets, banks. There are 2 18 hole golf courses (Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf) very close and just a five minute drive away you have the choice of several blue flag beaches, Zenia BLVD shopping center, Playa Flamenca market and much more

    The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat. You can see why this is such a perfect location for any holiday rental in Spain or the Costa Blanca, food, fun and sand, what else would you want on your holiday. There is so much to offer you will not even need to hire a car.

    As with all In The Sun Holiday apartments, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice and Sangria to start the holiday right!

    There is a compulsory 90 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

    Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.
